Kage chuckled, following her to the demonic objects section, when she noticed the abscence of the soft clinking of her whip. She looked at her belt and notcied both her whip and vampire sword where gone. She almost swore, but bit her lip so not to get the librarians attention. "Hey Angela, you didnt happen to see my weapons in the infirmary right...?" She asked

Akuma Chance~
Akuma smiled as she didnt sense the presence of the two hunters outside in the hall anymore. She poked her head out the door and was satisfied to see them gone. She slipped out of the room, closing the door and started to walk down the hall in search of Caia's classroom.

~ Angela Thorn ~
"Weapons are banned from the infirmary... Sort of a joint effort between me, Trinity, and a few others threatening to run the nurses through with swords..." She grinned slightly, "If you had weapons going into the infirmary, they lock them in the office." She picked up a book on demon marks and then transported both of them to the infirmary, picking up the throwing needle she'd left by accident.
She opened the book she'd picked up and then pointed at a nurse, "You! I'll run you through with a battering ram unless you give my friends weapons back." The nurse squeaked and then ran off to check the office. "I'm such a nice person." Angela smiled, flicking through the book. "Now you get why weapons are banned?" She asked and walked over to Laurie, when no one was looking she moved the girls fringe out of the way and looked at the scar left from the demon mark.

Kage blinked and put her hand over her mouth to cover her grin. "Yes, I do see..." She said and followed Angela over to Laurie. She wondered if the nurse was able to tell the short-sword was a vampires. She looekd at Lauries scar over Angela's shoulder and then glanced in the direction the nurse had scurried off to.

~ Angela Thorn ~
Angela grinned, "It's not my fault that this place annoys me." She then read from the book, "A curse mark is a mark of a demon, each demon's sign in unique to them, though there are some marks used by all demons, they usually use them to control draw demons, but some have been placed on hunters and show that that person is under, or has been under or affected by mind control ranging from having to obey the demons every wish for stronger hard to cast marks, to simpler marks that are easier to cast and their use would be something lie keeping the victim asleep." She looked up at Kage, "Sounds lovely..."
Angela gently touched the mark on Laurie's forehead, "It's a pentagram."

~ Laurie A. Cross ~
Laurie shifted slightly in her sleep, her usually white hair rippled with thousands of shades of reds and blacks before returning to white when it went still. She opened her eyes slightly and looked up at Kage and Angela, her thoughts drifting into theirs, 'What are you doing?' She asked, closing her eyes again and turning onto her side, her hair changing color as she moved but always white when it was still.
She didn't need her eyes to see what the pair were up to, after getting her full powers from the demon encounter she could easily see into other peoples minds and see what they were seeing, 'Go away unless you have cookies.' She yawned, she'd been pretending she was asleep for the past hour and influencing the nurses with mind control every so often to bring her some food.

Kage sighed quietly, "Yeah that makes total sense." She grummbled sarcasticly. Her mind was still having trouble putting things together since she woke up. She blinked in surprise as she heard Laurie's voice in her head and guessed Angela heard the same thing. "I beileve you know what we are doing." She said, unsure if she should think it or not. She didnt know what she thought of Laurie being able to read her thoughts. She smirked at the mention of cookies and glanced at Angela, "Should I go fetch her cookies?"

Akuma Chance~
Akuma wandered down another hallway, wondering what the two girls had gone of to research. She grinned to herself as she remembered she had Angela locked into her pocketwatch. She slipped into an empty room and took off her pocketwatch, opening it. It fogged blackness and when it cleared, it showed Angela, Kage and the first girl they had caught. She frowned as she watched the girls hair change color when she moved. She recalled the girl being a Cross, but wondered what they where researching that involved her.

~ Laurie A. Cross & Angela Thorn ~
A small smile crossed onto Laurie's face for a few seconds and her thoughts drifted to Kage, 'Of course I know, I can read your mind.'
Angela shook her head, "No... Laurie can come with us if she wants cookies..." Angela looked around, she'd noticed the slightly red eyes of the nurse earlier, "Plus, she's been mind controlling the nurses to get her food."
Laurie giggled and sat up opening her eyes, 'Fine, they won't miss me,' All the nurses stopped for a second before carrying on, as if Laurie, Angela and Kage didn't exist, 'I can't walk far.'
Angela raised her eyebrows watching the nurses then wandered off to go find the annoying child a wheelchair.

Kage grummbled under her breath. It was confirmed she seriously did not like Laurie reading her thoughts. She looked around at the nurses and pulled a pouty face, "i want my weapons back before I go anywhere." She said, looking for the nurse that went ot fetch them.

Akuma Chance~
Akuma swore as she remembered that the Cross could easily tell she was a Chance and the one that had kidnapped her. She leaned back against a wall of the room and closed her eyes, feeling her watch warm in her hand as she muttered a spell under her breath. When she opened them again, she could feel the magic crossing over her mind and form a wall barrier to keep the girl from reading her thoughts. Instead on the barrier it just showed she wa sa simple old pearce. I seriously need to get Caia when she's alone so I can dump this act. All this magic is tiring me. she thought to herself and looked back at the face of the watch, watching the three.

~ Laurie A. Cross & Angela Thorn ~
Laurie's eyes sparkled with amusement, she could tell Kage didn't like her in her thoughts. 'Just tell this nurse what you want, she'll go get it for you.' On of the nurses stopped, freezing in their spot and then turned and walked over to Kage waiting to be told what to do. Laurie yawned and swung her legs off the side of the bed, standing up shakily. She almost fell over when she did and had to hold onto the bed tightly.
Angela came back with a wheelchair and pushed it over to Laurie who sat down. Angela passed Laurie the book and then looked up at Kage. "Well any ideas?" She asked.
Laurie flipped through the book she was holding in her hands, 'I want some food.' She yawned and started reading the book quietly.

Kage blinked and looked at the nurse. "err... go get my short-sword and whip from my office?" She said, her tone unsure if thats all she had to do. She looked at Angela and shrugged when she spoke. "Nope. I wouldnt ask me for ideas really, im still not connecting things right since I woke up..." She said.

~ Laurie A. Cross & Angela Thorn ~
Laurie grinned watching the nurse walk off to find the short-sword and whip Kage asked for.
"Laurie, you can't control people's minds..." Angela scolded.
'I obviously can.' Laurie's thoughts drifted to both Angela and Kage, 'They even do ballet.' She giggled as the nurses started twirling and pirouetting.
"Stop it." Angela shook her head. The nurses stopped soon after. "Yeah... I guess it is a little confusing."
'Allow me to explain then.' Laurie's thoughts drifted to Kage as she flicked through the book Angela had given her, 'I was kidnapped first, yes? You came to look for me and one of the demons put a mark on my forehead so they could tell if I was telling the truth, they were after information. Laurie touched the white scar on her neck unconsciously and continued, 'They didn't exactly get the information, I lied about it, but then you two were kidnapped. Cordell was kidnapped a while after and then Trinity and Caia searched through the woods looking for us. Caia turned the demon Lucinda into an ice lolly and Trinity teleported everyone here.' Laurie gave a yawn and then continued, 'The mark on my forehead was filled with darkness so the teachers removed it, and it was also the cause of my hair changing color.' Laurie grinned and ran her fingers through her hair, it was white when it was still and changed colors as it moved. She knew there was a bit involving shadows but she wanted to figure that out for herself and teachers minds were hard to read.
Angela watched quietly and then seemingly bored started wheeling Laurie out of the infirmary, "Come on, let's get you some food then... scary child."
Laurie burst out laughing at the scary child remark.
