Grell grumbled, chewing the sugar cube, and continued walking.

Haji lay with Roxy until morning finally did grace them with its presence, the sun creeping up from its hiding place. It painted the sky shades of pink and blue, and purple. It was an amazing thing to see, and the two occupants in the bedroom were able to view it thanks to the unclosed curtains.

Haji blue eyes dilated to deal with the change in lighting, and he gently roused from the bed, coddling Roxy against his chest as he sat up. She was in his lap now, and he smirked down at her.


Karl hadnt managed to sleep at all last night, too busy making a moat in the middle of the room with hsi pacing. He was growling continuously, peeved off about what happened and how Anber was treating him. Usually she prodded him until he gave in, but now she just cast him aside, and he had gone through all the trouble to keep Charlie safe.

As Haji shifted it stirred Roxy from that blissful state between being awake and being asleep. She looked up at him as she continued to rest against his person. She smirked as she gazed at his wonderful icy orbs. Goodness, he looked so hot even when he had that just woken up kind of look. He was kind of like a sexy sleepy lion...

"Mornin'. " Roxy grinned through a quiet yawn.


Anber blankly stared at the flickering images at the screen, she looked engrossed in the show but her mind was elsewhere. She was secretly being gnawed away at as she contemplated why Karl was in such a sour mood. She had asked him what was bothering him last night but he had refused to tell her. Well, she was tired of having to practically beg to get the answer out of him so she was going to play the reverse psychology card. She'd wait for him to tell her. Ha. That'd show him... Well, that is if she could keep her insatiably curiosity in check.

"Good morning to you as well." Haji replied, still a tad sleepy himself, but managed to push the luring call of the need to lay back down into the back of his mind, replacing it with an endless mental checklist of things he had to do that day. The chevalier leaned down, tracing feather light kissed along Roxy's jawline, before looking her straight in the face. He purred, the sound making his chest vibrate ever so lightly. "Are you ready to go to the hospital?"

Karl gnashed his teeth, his own patience wearing thin. He was about ready to chew his own legs off. Why wasn't Anber folding? She knew he was upset, yet she chose it ignore him. He bristled, and glared daggers at the back of her red head. Karl was tempted to pounce her, take her by surprise and show her why he was upset, but he held back.

Roxy murred, the soft kisses simply beckoning her to stay in bed and continue to lay around all day. But, at the question she nodded, remembering Inuyasha and his bad condition. "Mhm, I just have to get dressed. I'm sure the kids will wake up any minuet now."


Anber still couldn't place why Karl was acting in such a petty manner. It was starting to bug her as well, curious as to his absurd behavior.

Haji nodded, shifting so that he was able to slide out of bed and set Roxy down on her own two feet. Once she was, he parted with her to go take a quick shower before he got dressed.


The chevalier simmered, the temperature of his frustration rising until it was at the point of boiling over. He didnt understand why he was upset, but it was irking him to no end.

Roxy smirked when Haji left then went into the closet to get dressed for the day. She decided on a pair of faded blue jeans and a simple black v-neck shirt. She combed her fingers through her long hair, getting out any tangles she might have acquired. Though as Roxy was getting ready she heard the cries that signaled the babies had woken up. She let out a sigh and quickly went to fetch the trio.

"Hey guys." she cooed, picking the fussing infants up and going to change their diapers.


Anber simply continued to ignore the male as best she could.

Haji was soon out and about after his shower. He dressed to impress, as always, and his dark slacks paired with a light button up shirt complimented his tall stature, and even made him look taller. He went around, looking for Roxy and their kids, and found them soon enough. He went over, seeing Roxy was tending to their needs.

After Roxy had gotten the kids changed she was wrestling with them to get into something cute to wear; Danielle putting up the worst fight at this point. The child kept grunting and pulling her arm out of the sleeves of her shirt right after Roxy would finally succeed in getting it in.

Haji smirked, holding back a chuckle as Roxy fought with her daughter over getting dressed. He offered his help with a low rumble, which distracted Danielle enough to allow Roxy to get her arm back through the sleeve.
