Karl bristled at Coco, , snapping his jaws at the cat, the poked a question at his sibling. "Dear brother... who is this being youre proceeding to mutilate?" he inquired, going around to get a look at the mans face. His blue hide shimmered in the dark. Haji growled at him, telling him to step off in a beastly tongue. "Hes Roxy's father..." Haji spat. "Youre more then welcome to experiment on his corpse when Im through with him." he grumbled, having pounced Constantin while he was distracted.

The older chevalier flicked his tail, jaws open as he went to bite at the males slender neck, but paused as Karl interfered. "A noble?" he mused. "Why... let me have him while hes alive. Hed be much more useful that way." the brute suggested, cackling wickedly. Haji snapped his maw at Karl, biting him on the nose like the alpha wolf did when met with a challenge. Karl backed off, and Haji glared at the vampire below him. "My patience with this duel is running low. Youre too weak anyway. All your parlor tricks are no good when you can't regenerate, and keep up, like I can." he rasped. Haji swatted at the males face with his talons, marring the pale and flawless skin.

The male was bristled angrily as the two brutes chitchatted. But he was yet again caught off guard by the dragonlike Chevalier and pinned beneath his weight. Hn.. Fighting a beast and keeping a couple of young'uns in line back in Romania were two completely different things. Bah! As much as Constantin hated to admit it, he'd met his match.
"Aye, it does seem like I've failed in my mission." He said with a regrettable sigh, tasting those sour words on his tongue.. Or perhaps it was his own blood trying to drown him as it trickled down his features and past his lips. "Very well, I submit to my own defeat." He smirked, chin held high, not allowing any of those shameful words to reach his eyes or tone. He'd hold his pride even if it killed him. "But, I do not accept death so easily, it's the only reason I'm comfortably resting into my thousand year reign." He said with a hoarse chuckle, flicking his index finger at the Chevalier. He used his telekinetic power to move the heap of scales and flesh off of him so he could rise up off the ground, Count Dracula style. The Pureblood casually dusted himself off, trying in vain to brush away the blood and grass stains before looking up. He had that ever taunting grin of his in place. "It seems I must find some other way to appease my bride.. Perhaps I'll just by her one of those annoying lap dogs that seems to be all the trend these days." He mused to himself for a moment before letting out a long tired sigh that seemed to show all that built up age that weighed so heavily in it. "Take care of my daughter Chevalier. Aurora is certainly a hassle as I've increasingly grown to find out." He said, giving a low bow of respect before straightening out. One could only imagine the pain he was feeling, in both pride and body as he willed himself to show dignity with these movements and words.
"Well, I'll be off now~" Constantin chirped, waving his hand at the ground to shoot a spiral of dust into the air to make it hard to see. After the grime settled there was not one trace of the being having been, everything had been removed or replaced. The earth was corrected and the tattered clothes and broken cane were gone. It was like the man's presence had just been some sort of sickly lingering nightmare brought on by the looming full moon...

Haji hadn't been expecting the sudden dismissal, but righted himself like a cat and dug his claws into the dirt to slow down. He watched as the Noble admitted defeat and began to grumble about lap dogs. Haji shifted forms, straightening up. He nodded, pleased to know this could end without Roxy having to die, or having to send the dead body of her sire off to Karls hideout. He fixed his hair. "She's in good hands." Haji replied, giving the noble a curt nod before shooing him off. "Now, get out of my sight."

Constantin smirked and nodded. "As I can see.. Ah, such a pity you weren't born a Pureblood~! Things could have ended in such a better way." He yet again sighed, though in a lighter tone before swishing his hand over the earth. The movement caused the ground to rumble and shake as it started to correct itself and place everything where it once was. Even the splotches of blood lifted out of the stained grass, the crimson liquid retuning to its Pureblood owner's veins.
"You don't get this old without having a hidden Ace up both your sleeves, remember this well, boy." The noble purred, that spark of life seeming to dance in his eyes before he gave a slight wave and disappearing in a gust of wind and spiraling leaves.

Haji watched the man disappear, then turned on his heel. He smacked Karl upside his oblong noggin, sending the other Chevalier running like a spooked horse. He sniffed afterwards, annoyed, but went in search of Roxy. He found her not too far off, crying her eyes out to Cheshire.

"Roxy..."

Roxy blinked and looked up, hearing the sound of Haji's voice. She looked over her shoulder and saw the male standing there. "Haji!" She pipped, quickly hopping to her feet and running at him. She wrapped her arms around the Chevalier and hugged him tightly, burying her face against him. She didn't mind the blood in the slightest, just glad that he was no with her and out of harm's way.

Cheshire dusted himself off and perked his ears to the sounds of crying and went to investigate.

Haji didn't move when Roxy tackled him, sturdy form taking the hit without much difficulty. He held her close, looking up and seeing Cheshire wander off. Coco was still behind him as far as he knew. He hope the neko hadn't gone running off again. But, he could fuss about that in a minute.

Haji pulled away from Roxy for a moment to look her over and make sure everything was alright. "Are you hurt?" he asked, still noting the red slap mark on her face. He didn't like that fact that it hadn't faded already. It made his blood boil, and Haji wished Karl hadn't butted in. He proabaly wouldve killed the older vampire if he hadn't. The chevalier himself was probably one to worry over more, since he looked like he had been to hell and back. Still though, he focused on Roxy, as usual.

Roxy nodded her head. "I'm fine but, Haji, you look horrible. Are you going to be okay? Do you need to go to the hospital?" She asked, fretting over the male's gored appearence. She didn't care about the lingering sting, or the fact that her father had wanted her dead. All she cared about was Haji's safety and her children's well-being.

Cheshire found the children's room and found alexander crying(I say alexander cause I can remember his name and not the other two X3). He tilted his head and approached, picking him up. "Hey little fella! What's wrong?" He asked before hearing alexander's stomach growl. "Hungry. Okay. Come on, I'll get you a bottle." He said as he cradled alexander and bounced towards the kitchen.
