"Ready to say it when you are, Will," Landon said to his crew member. He slowly released his grip on the mast. He drew in a small breath. "Evil witch, may your spells go lame, go back to whence from where thee came." Of coarse, he tried to sound like he meant it.

Will nodded, and said the spell like he meant it.

Araina jumped in. She deserved to see the cold-hearted, snail-guzzling, shell stealing, shark loving, sea-witch die.

Ceah was suddenly jabbed, by an invisible force. A huge shark, one of her own, came out from the dark ocean. Ceah immediately realized what happened, and pointed at Araina. "You! YOU TRICKED ME! After all I did for you, your own MOTHER!"
Araina was sobbing, though you couldn't see her tears underwater. "You killed my mother! And my father! And my poor baby brother!" she screamed.
Ceah turned back to the shark. "Nononono, it's not me you want, it's her. It's her!" she pleaded.
The shark shook his head, opened his wide jaws, and swallowed Ceah whole, screaming and trying to get away.
Araina immediately felt a sense of release. She was free. She floated up to the top, and swam slowly back to the ship. When she got up there, she, being fully wet, hugged Landon and Will tightly. Releasing them, she looked at their sopping shirts. "Sorry about that," Araina said sheepisly. "But you killed her! I'm free now! I'm free..." Araina said, crying just a little. Her tail had changed back to gold, the color of happiness, and warmth.

Spade removed his hand from the hilt of his sword and pushed it into his back pocket. "Yes, I am a pirate." Spade replied.

Alexis grimaced, how could he say such a tortures word so clearly? She’d heard many tales of pirates, and their relentless killing. “What do you want?” She hissed felling for a sharp stone on the boulder. Once she managed to grasp one she swiftly hid it behind her back. She was trembling slightly, but completely determined to take this pirate down if he so much as took one step closer.

Axel flicked his tail, dumbfounded. The mermaid had disappeared just as fast as she’d got to him. Then there was that crazy whirlpool! He shook his head, attempting to clear his mind. He needed to focus on them disgusting humans! He needed to sink their ships and make them pay for what they’d done! He gritted his teeth… Hate? Why was he feeling such a human emotion?
