Vae could've rolled her eyes. Was he really asking if she was embarrased? "You could say that..." she mumbled.

Robert said trying to sound comforting, "There's no need to be embarassed." He felt uncomfortable by what he was saying. First, he was embarassed himself for asking Vae that question. In addition, Robert wasn't the type of person that could comfort others.

Vae shrugged, leaning back against the chair, silent. She could feel the blush draining from her cheeks, but she was still a bit uncomfortable. She wasnt one to express her feelings around other people.

Robert finished almost all of his food and shoved it slightly forwards indicating he was finished. He looked at Vae's filled plate again. She didn't even touch the food. On the other hand, Robert didn't comment and break the silence.

Vae sighed, glancing up at the old grandfather clock. "We should probably get back to school." She commented quietly.

Robert nodded and replied reluctantly, "Yea, we should." He didn't want to end the day and return to school. However, Robert wanted to oblige Vae's wishes.

Vae stood akwardly, looking around. "Uh, i dont exactly know the way back to school... so you lead the way." She told him.

Robert nodded and responded, "Alright. It would be my pleasure to." He stood up and left the cash for the meal on the table. Then, Robert began heading outside.

Vae followed Robert through the city and back to the school silently. Finally, she mustered up enough courage and said "thank you for taking me into town. It was really fun."

Robert grinned and replied, "I'm really glad that you liked it. I had an amazing time, too." He said, "I'll catch you around. I hope we can do that again sometime." With those last words, he waved good-bye to Vae and headed to his class.
