"Yes... I agree, this is quite fun," the white-and-orange cat admitted, as a grin grew across her face. A glimmer of Ginger's true fighting spirit was beginning to show itself. Remaining on all fours, the felian kept her gaze glued on Lina, trying to figure out what the huntress was up to. Lina didn't appear to be calculating an attack, rather preparing her own defence. It seemed it was Ginger's turn again. 'I wonder how she knows where I am with her eyes closed..,' she asked herself thoughtfully. 'Must be a hunter thing.' Ginger slowly manuvered her way around Lina, circling her slightly and just trying to shorten the distance between them. If they kept flinging themselves at each other over longer distances, she thought, this battle would last all day.. Once she saw a good opportunity, Ginger moved around Lina at a swifter pace, stepped forward, and aimed for the smaller female's side, trying to roll her off her feet.

Spencer flicked an ear, breaking his concentration from his training as he heard Mendya speak his name. He was always at the ready for her to call for him, but this time it was different. Did she.. compliment him? The dark-furred cat gave a sideways glance to the litte group, not sure whether to pretend like he didn't hear her comment or not. 'Her best soldier...?' he echoed in his mind, feeling himself become a little less tense. He wondered if she had sensed his sudden flicker of frustration (he would be angry at himself for letting his feelings be known), or had even meant for him to hear that or not, but it didn't really matter to him. He felt slightly more at ease non-the-less. He hadn't even concidered himself to be the best soldier, and was rather taken back to hear her say such a thing. Safe to say, he was gratefull.
Hearing the name "Aerona," Spencer became slightly interested, because it sounded familiar, yet he couldn't remember where from. '...Oh yes, it was that young servant girl I saw this morning,' he remembered eventually. It seemed like he and she had something in common.. Spencer listened, blank-faced, as their leaders spoke of the two's lateness. He soon put the thought behind him and vowed to be on time from then on.
Before returning to work, the soldier eyed Rygen once more. He honestly was interested in seeing their fight now. It had been a while since he had watched Mendya duel anyone. 'Maybe she can teach him a thing or two..'
