Lina huffed as she struggled to stand up, and when she did she was far behind the other felian's height. "Its a hunting thing really, I can pick up much better when I focus on your steps on the earth, and you happen to have heavy feat." she said with a hearty purr. She knew it was true, and that the earth would always guide a huntress, but Lacy was right, hunting wasn't for everyine and it certainly wasn't good for her.

Rygan growled. "You know who, don't give me that 'who?' attitude. We're of equal rank, I don't care who's stronger. Now, what's her name?" he hissed, flicking his tail, obviously disgusted with the other Felian's behavior. "Go on, what is it?" he growled at Spencer.

[Lacy]

Ginger wasn't sure whether to take that as an insult or not, but she merely chuckled. True, she wasn't the lightest or most graceful felian out there. Stretching her arms out, she replied, "Well, that's pretty cool if you ask me. You were definatly a good opponent. No wonder you're one of the best hunters we have." She gave Lina a pleasant smile, feeling in a pretty good mood right now.

Spencer was equally as disgusted with the other soldier's behavior. His ears lay flat against his skull, but he tried to remain calm. With a scoff he replied, "Who do you think you are? This is not about rank, or strength between you and I. You have no right to treat Mendya with such disrespect and immiturity." He flicked his bobtail iritablly. "Don't think I don't know what you're up to, kid," he half lied. "You'd better watch yourself." The dark, spotted cat felt himself losing his temper, and hoped Rygen would just go away before things got worse. He didn't need to get in any more trouble that day.

Spencer's eerie golden eyes stared the other male down. He had almost forgotten what Rygen wanted. But, of course he wouldn't just give Aerona's name out to someone so demanding of him. Maybe it was a pride thing, maybe Spencer slightly felt an obligation to protect.. or 'help Aerona out' since she hadn't turned him in that morning. Either way, the older soldier felt no reason to comply.

"Kid? KID? I'm about your age, kid!" Rygan hissed. He crouched down in a defensive position, ready to attack at any moment, just waiting for the right one. He extended his claws and growled at the offending member of the Kingdom community. He didn't consider himself part of it.

Jing noticed the two soldiers begin arguing, though he didn't know what about. He looked strangely at Rygan, and walked over to Mendya. He put a hand on her shoulder, to get her attention. "You might want to watch those two. They don't seem to be getting along very well at all. It looks like all hell is just about ready to break loose."

Aerona, who had nothing really to do at the moment, gazed back out to where the soldiers were training. She saw Spencer, the one she'd met, and the other male, who had suffered from his poor choice to challenge Mendya. They looked as if they were about ready to fight, but outside of the training rink. Aerona felt a pit in her stomach. This would be bad.

Vincent watched as Lina and Ginger finished their duel, and smiled. "It's my turn," he told Quicksilver, and made his way over to Damien. "Hey, looks like our time to duel, huh?"

((Aerona's still outside, though, guys. Remember that.))

Mendya nodded. "It does. It may either turn out Rygan proving himself, or his punishment. Either way I will make sure he suffers." She purred quietly, softly, her ear still pricked up with anticipation. She smoothed her black tunic, which had gotten dusty in her outburst, and reclined against the fence bordering the training area.
