The year was 2025; trust me it’s a year to remember. That year some crazy scientists and I swear they are as mad as a hatter. These evil scientists did a bit of um-well-experiments. Why might you ask? Well since they had a theory about DNA experimentation they wanted to prove there hypothesis. This was the only way how. The scientist took some unborn babies and added animal DNA’s to their helpless genes. Now the excremental generation grew up in that lab, well until about 2034. Then they broke free.

The government quickly found out about the mutants and put the whole world under lockdown. They feared the mutants would cause havoc and destruction on the peaceful societies. The government didn’t want to kill the mutants for they were quite young and looked mostly like people. So they hatched up an ingenious plan, they would send them all to an island far far away so they won’t touch the civilizations again. The government built three small towns on the island for the mutants but the island was mostly unused. A few streets with Small cabins (sometmes these)for the mutants to stay were built there. Some cabins were placed all around the island in case the mutants explored. One wooden dock was put in to deliver supplies to them by boat once every two weeks. The island they chose was put in the middle of the Atlantic ocean.

Mutant speices

Red tailed Hawk
These Hawk people have brown and rustic red wings. They are able to fold these wings up so they can or cannot be seen. With the wings they have improved vision bumping them up to having raptor vision. The speed on which these mutants can move and fly is bumped up as well. These people usually are tall with very light weights for their bones are hollow like the hawk. Because of that, there bones are easily broken when they fall or hurt themselves.

Bald Eagle
Eagle people also grow wings like their hawk cousins but there wings are ether a dark brown or almost black color. They have improved raptor vision like all birds of prey but they also have improved trust skills in others. These mutants have a natural leading talent. These people usually are normal height with very light weights for their bones are hollow like the eagle they have in their system. Because of that, there bones are easily broken when they fall or hurt themselves. These people can fly quite high.

Bengal Tiger
Tiger mutants usually have thin striped tails and ears covered in the tiger’s fur coat. They get retractable claws and fangs with this animal. Their eyes mutate into cats eyes which are always green or hazel. They get improved stealth so they can move without much sound. The mutant’s strength is increased a little and is a bit stronger than the average human. They prefer meat over vegetables but will eat both things.

Asiatic Cheetah
Cheetah mutants always have spotted tails and ears. There eyes usually have a small round pupil with a hazel iris. They also get retractable claws. The mutants speed is increased dramatically but their stamina is reduced so they can only go very fast for short bursts. The cheetah people get improved eye sight by a bit but not much. They are usually loner type people but they will be social.

Timber wolf
Wolf Mutants gain a thick and fluffy grey tail with matching ears. Their eyes change to a wolf like pupil and are colored ether yellow, green, or brown. The mutant’s sense of smell increases sharply and they can detect odors from quite some ways away. They also have improved strength so they can loft and push heavy things. They always have very long and white canine teeth. These people are very social and like to stay in groups. They usually are medium sized people with very muscular builds.

Red Fox
Fox mutants have a long bushy orange or grey tail with matching ears. They grow shorter fangs but they are sharp and very white. They gain much agility and are very flexible. This means they can walk or run on thin beams. Their speed is increased slightly but there eye site isn’t very good for they are mostly slightly nearsighted. These mutants tend to be a bit sneaky and like to steal things. They are shorter people with very thin and agile frames.

Cozumel Raccoon
This mutant has a long bushy ringed tail and black round ears. They have improved agility and can walk or run on thin beams. They have a talent for climbing trees and love to hide. Their stealth is increased as well and can sneak up on most others. Although they have improved stats, raccoon mutants have a tendency to eat the strangest things. Often they eat whatever is around. Some of them have a talent for stealing. They are short and compact beings with pure black eyes.

Zambezi Shark
Shark mutants have gills on their necks so they can swim underwater. They get sharp razor like saw blade teeth that if they fall out they get replaced. These mutants have webbed feet and are great swimmers, but are quite clumsy on land. They have a dramatically increased sense of smell but they are very far sighted. These mutants have unique eyes that have slits for the pupil and have a hazel or yellow iris. These people are usually tall and muscular. They have a tendency to get mad easily.

Tiger Swallowtail Butterfly or Pipevine Swallotail
These mutants have large butterfly wings and small antenna. They have increased agility for they can maneuver anywhere really. These mutants can sense others feelings because of their antenna. They are an understanding creature and really love to talk. They have an extra sense to feel others presences and feelings. These mutants are usually short and very thin. Their eyes always are a very pretty and unnatural color.

Personality
Kodak really does take after the animal his DNA is graft with. A raccoon is simply what he is and how he acts. Koda is a shy being for he was tested by the evilest of the evil scientists who conducted the most horrid things to him. He is scarred for life of course from the many ‘accentents’ the scientist did. Like thinking he was dead and trying to cut him open to see what went wrong, or the time the scientist locked him in a windowless and lightless room for three days without food or water to see what would happen. This scientist was after reactions and screams of terror of corse, but from an early age, Koda learned to not react. Of course he is obviously a now very troubled teen and constantly battled depression symptoms and hurtful thoughts. Honestly he thinks that its quite annoying when people try to comfort him but sometimes he lets people through his walls.

He is quiet teen altogether which makes him seem even more agile and sly than the others. His improved agility contributes to his knack for stealing items without being seen or heard. This talent came in handy when he was able to steal the keys for all their cages back in the lab. Kodak isn’t known for his thievery talent though, for most people don’t notice when he swipes a small coin from the table or a little fallen statue from the floor. Although he is a thief, he is curious and never steals anything big at all.

Once you break down Kodak’s walls of recluse behavior and somewhat depressive actions, sometimes he can be quite nice. He has a soft spot for small animals like rabbits or other raccoons and constantly has a small ‘pet’ that comes and goes from his cabin. If you do not like small rodent like animals, he doesn’t respect you and will constantly terrorize you or steal your small items you like. Koda likes to scare others and finds joy in climbing up on top of their cabin’s roof and pretending he is a wild cat trying to get in. He is very interested in the paranormal and monsters so to speak and he often tells legends or stories about these creatures he had heard of. All in all, Kodak is a very complex person who is very devious and deceptive.

Kodak has a very strong immune system but he never walks with shoes so he always is getting cuts.

A bit of a trouble maker, Jinx loves the wild side of things. She's not much of a sociable girl and is impossibly stubborn with a twist of sarcasm and wittiness. Jinx is loud, bold, proud, rough, a dare devil, and loves to have fun - her way. Her fun side is a different side of fun, creative and bright, and edgy. In a way, she's manipulative, usually finds it easy to find people's weaknesses or flaws, and uses them to her advantage to protect herself. Very dangerous when crossed, Jinx will take the wheel when she wants, and easily fits the part of the alpha in any group she wants to dominate, but never really means to. Jinx has got a habit of having a first impression as a hot head or crazy. As a start she's not the most friendly person you'll ever meet, nor caring either it would seem from the first word that comes of her mouth. Depending on what kind of person is in contact with her they all may have different opinions about her, depending on how they approach her. Jinx is more of a person to react than start the reaction socially. If an attitude is the first thing she gets from a person, most likely a quick witted or sarcastic comment to shoot back in defense. Not much of a people person it isn't surprising that Jinx usually could probably care less about what others may think of her and her actions, being that she always knows what she's doing. Obviously sympathy isn't one of Jinx's specialties in her charming personality, nor is gentleness like in most women's behavior, and is willing to do almost anything to survive. Playing by her own rules, she almost expects everyone to hate her from the get-go, seeming as if she hopes everyone will. One big factor that many seem to hate about Jinx is the fact that she says it how it is, and never holds back on the truth if it is needed to be told.
Although she's rough on the edges and maybe a little on the inside also,Jinx isn't all bad like an ignorant person would think. If the time is taken to look deeper than the leather jacket, sarcasm, and bold streak of rebellion, there so much more to her. When alone with a particular person, Jinx's true feelings may come out about that one person in very sutle fashion. To a person who doesn't care to look deeper, it may seem she won't care for anyone, but really she has a good judge of character usually from the moment she meets you. She hates fakers and people who cover up who they really are to show off, or prove something to the world. People that lie are her biggest pet peeve. That's one thing that Jinx would never do - lie. Then again she's somewhat of a hypocrite herself, her natural edgy voice hides her true self. Not much of a girl for relationships, she's always pushing herself away from others, for some reason a lot of people feel comfortable to tell her their heartbreaking stories, making her slightly uncomfortable.
In depth, Jinx is amazingly loyal and giving, thinking o others before herself, and actually has a big heart despite her other traits. The little things she does for people go unnoticed and unappreciated, and she's become used to this, and has actually learned to like the secretive warmth of her true heart.
A rare smile is a big factor that many never see unless Jinx is very pleased with something or someone, let alone a genuine laugh, it almost would seem impossible.
Really, Jinx is a fun- loving girl that just wants freedom. Her decisions may not leave everyone happy if anyone at all, but Jinx always has her reason for things, and never does something without thinking. Her personality may seem like a big cover up, but one thing that is as real as her is the fact that her bark is just as bad as her bite.

Sam isn't the kindest soul you'd ever meet, kind of screwed up inside. At first sight, you wouldn't put your life in Sam's hands what so ever, but sometimes you wouldn't have a choice. Labeled as a back-stabber and a fighter easily, Sam's not the person most would love to hang with. Obviously, he isn't the most loyal guy you'd meet and his smooth talk and constant flirting gives him the reputation of a player. He's not one to care about the personality of a girl usually, a hard shell to crack, if crackable at all. Although he's got these terrible reps, Sam's still got girls waiting by the phone for him, and they usually end up waiting forever. Socially, Sam was never one to mess around. He's smart, real smart actually, but his problem were people who loved to walk all over him, or tried at least. Yeah, he is a bad boy, but Sam is THE bad boy. You didn't mess around with this guy, because everyone knew he played dirty. Sam's pretty simple to figured out to the trained eye, and even to the untrained eye.
There's nothing really to 'deep' about Sam, except for the fact that he loves to cook. Yep. Cooking is Sams thing, but no one knows it, and he tends to keep it like that. In reality, he dreams to become a world famous cook, or even just open a successful restaurant somewhere downtown. But, other than that; Sam is the perfect image of a stereotypical bad boy.

Personality
Ahhh how to sum myself up in but a couple words...no simple task. I suppose I should just start with the easiest bits. I guess you could say that I'm something of a dark horse, the one no one suspects will actually do anything shocking, amazing, or courageous. To their credit I tend to act like a total moron half the time but thats besides the point. When it comes right down to the nitty gritty you can count on me to fight the hardest, yell the loudest, and defend the safety of all my fellow mutants with a tenacity that seems surprising coming from a fux-mutant. Contrary to the typical fox-like tendency towards thieving I have a different fatal flaw, I'm into trickery and mischief, nothing pleases me more than to witness the aftermath of one of my brilliant tricks. That being said I'm quite multifaceted when it comes to my personality, I have quite the gentle side too, I'm the kind of guy who'll push you into a lake, laugh, and then cuddle with a kitten or kiss a baby or something.

Matsu is not a shy character at all. He will fight for freedom and whatever it takes, he is up to it. He has inappropriate times, but over all he is well behaved. He was out on the streets for many years, making him a tough physical or mental opponent. Matsu has become both tough and brave because of this, and his older brother had been killed years before he was sent off. His brother was in the military, and taught him to be tough, strong, and overall fast at learning and physically. You cannot argue with him, you will always lose, one way or another.
