Sage took off galloping. She slowed to a simple canter in order to dodge the trees. Sage hoped that Zeke would be okay, and wouldnt fall. Her long mane flowed, and her tail seemed to float behind her through the trees.

A slight smile played on Zeke's lips as Sage started off. He hadn't ridden a horse in so long, yet he felt at ease on one again. He looked down at the ground passing beneath them quickly, Sage's muscles rippling strongly. Zeke blushed and looked away in the trees.

Dodging the trees, Sage swapped her leads almost everytime. Her bay (which is brown with a black mane and tail) body kept up a steady pace. Her mind was only on one thing, and constantly she was saying, to herself, Dodge this one and that one. Dodge. Dodge. DODGE!!! Sage was having fun with it. Finally she arrived back to the stream. Snorting, Sage slowly halted, and layed herself down to make it easy for Zeke to get off.

Zeke jumped off and took the 2 deer from Sage's back with a small smile. He shook his hands of some slight blood and wondered if he would have to gut them.

"Ill gut them." Sage told Zeke, as she shifted back to her human form.
"You dont have to watch." Sage smiled. Kneeling next to the buck, she carefully took Zeke's daggar, and gutted the deer out easily.

Zeke washed his hands in the stream and turned away, glad Sage had come in. If times called for him, he would, but times didn't call, so he didn't have to.
"Thanks." He said to Sage, watching a few fish dart in the lake.

"No Problem." Sage replied as she began to gut out the doe. When she finished, she disposed of the unnecessary parts, then came back to where Zeke was. She cleaned her hands off in the river. "Its all clear." Sage's eyes drooped, tired. She hadnt had sleep in about three days.

Zeke faced Sage and watched her carefully, a strong feeling of the need to protect her hadn't disappeared. It was almost like he was her older brother, but he knew Sage wouldn't like that. He didn't either.
"You alright? You seem... Tired." Zeke knew he was pointing out the obvious, but.

Sage shook her head quickly, as if trying to dislodge the drowsiness. "What? Huh? Oh, yeah!!" She lied. Sage sat on the ground, and tried to stifle a yawn.

Zeke shook his head with a kind smile.
"No, you're not. Go get some rest or something, don't worry, I'll keep watch." Zeke gestured towards the trees or her slightly nearby cave.
