Zeke coughed in surprise before scooping Sage up in his arms. He held her for a moment, grinning down at her slyly as water dripped from his bangs. Then he dropped her into the cool water. Zeke laughed, shaking water from his eyes once more.

Pandora shifted into a thoughtless sandcat and just watched Sage and Zeke enviously. She may have found love, but she'd never had that fun before. She sighed and swam to the banks, hoping the playful friends would not notice her.

Sage laughed as Zeke picked her up.
She saw his sly smile, and braced herself. When he dropped her, she held her breath, and felt the cool water wash over her. Sage lept up, and then dunked Zeke in. Swimming back, she laughed.

Zeke didn't surface. He wasn't really drowning, but he wanted to see what Sage would do. Zeke's back bubbled up the surface as he did the dead man's float.

Bear hollered into the sky for Pandora, wondering what she was doing and where she was. Hoping she was okay.

Sage continued to laugh.
After a short while of Zeke not moving, and only surfacing with his back, Sage's laughs died down. Quickly she began to panic. Shifting into a tiger, she dove under water, and scooped him up onto her back. She swam quickly to the shore, and laid him down. Sage shifted back to her human form. "Oh gosh no!" She began to freak out.

Zeke lay still for a few long moments. Then he sputtered 'awake'.
"W-What happened?" He gasped, blinking his eyes open slowly. He held back a smile as he gazed up at Sage.

Sage sighed in relief.
"I had dunked you underwater, and you didnt surface. I was still laughing, and then when you did, it was back up, and I thought that I killed you!" Sage's large gray eyes were wide with worry, and guilt. "I phased into a tiger, and brought you on sure, to make sure you were okay." By now, a few tears were springing to Sage's eyes. she didnt want Zeke to see them, so she tried to blink them back. "Im so sorry!! I didnt know that I had dunked you hard! I feel so bad! I thought that I killed you." Her voice cracked on the last word.

Pandora heard Bear and shifted into a mountain lion, her favourite form out of them all. She roared back the way a cougar did(it sounds really awesome XD) and glared around. The two humans hadnt spotted her, but they would most likely now. She stalked away from them.

Taylor nodded and sensed the thoughts of the four. "Yep. The calls were from two different shifters," he said with a small sigh. "One of which we've met before." He slowly stepped out of the cool water and back out onto the warm sand. He smiled and offered his hand for her to take again. "We can head east, where there's about three of 'em nearby, or west, where there's just one."
