Delilah shook her head. "You wouldn't have willingly let him take control, would you?" She asked gently.

Sammy sighs and lays her cheek on top of his head, drifting off slowly as well.

"No!" Jake says quickly. "Of course not!"

Delilah nodded. "Then you have nothing to be sorry for. Gods are much stronger than us. You couldn't help being taken over."

Travis looked over at Macy, a faint smile on his lips. "Hey."

"I know," Jake mumbles, but he still sounds crestfallen.

Macy, who was sitting down in the dining hall with her defeated red team, looks up. "Oh...hey." She smiles at Travis.

Travis rubbed the back of his neck. "I'm uh, gonna head back to my cabin. I just thought I'd let you know in case you wanted to drop by..."

Macy gets to her feet at once, having no wish to stay with her angry team. "I'll go with you," she says quickly.
