Hence, if belated drops yet fall
From heaven, on these her plastic power
Still works as once it worked on all
The glad rush of the golden shower.

{Plot}

Your character was walking around, when suddenly a glowing blue meteorite hits the back of their head. Some mutation began to take effect on your character. Suddenly goverment shows up, and they try and take them down. Your character resists, and eventually the goverment wins. They wake up in a big, clean goverment building.

We will start when the meteorite hits the character.
