Nero gave a suprised face. "uh," she mumbled. Since he was a lot taller, how was she going to get down? "Where exactly are we?" she tried to keep quiet, but gave off a glow of annoyance.

"We're almost to the light temple." noted Chaz, shifting his weight to all four feet. He would move a bit slower then he had been, but Nero would get a more comfortable ride.

Sawamura stopped at the temple and slowing vetured inside.

Rai was wandering aimlessly. It actually felt nice to be away from the group without a care in the world. The darks could surely take care of themselves without him anyways. He made a spark jump from his finger to the ground a couple times, wary of his surroundings.

Anika sat there the darks had just left just like that, so easily she turned to see Lelouch coming her way. she scuttled out of sight and watched as he walked in the direction Rai had gone.

Rai stiffened slightly when he heard someone coming up the path behind him. "Anju?" he muttered under his breath, pushing his glasses a bit higher up on his nose to see if it really was her or another dark.

Lelouch nearly hissed in anger at the name and he spotted Rai stiffening and glaring at him, "So it is the brave Rai of the lightning" Lelouch sneered.

Rai rolled his eyes slightly and folded his arms across his chest. "And, if it isn't the Prince of China, Lelouch." He eyed him for a moment. "I'm surprised you're still not within your country's walls."

"Oh yeah I am surprised you are not back with Anju who scuttled away like a beetle when I came around" Lelouch sneered as he came closer. "I don't like living a life of lies and being trapped" Lelouch snapped and came even closer something in his hands.

"You're still of royal blood and nothing can change that, Prince, Rai growled under his breath, watching Lelouch carefully. He was more wary about the item he held in his hands, since he didn't know what it was. "But, I'm sure Anju had her reasons for running off. She's a brave girl and a smart one at that."
