"Oh no. He is NOT smoking. And no guns. Blarg...." She closed her eyes again. "Hmm... pipes. He can work on pipes. It was what he was doing when I went to get him to help me with you."

"... you think letting a little kid play with pipes is a good idea also?" he asked.

"I'm sorry, but is playing with a gun better?" she retorted, standing up. "Or smoking?" She tossed her hair over her shoulder absent-mindedly. "He was working with pipes when I found him, but other than that, if that doesn't work, we have to find something different."

"weeeeeeell" Garry replied, making the word a bit longer then it should before trailing off.

"I'm scared to ask, but I will anyways. What are you thinking, Garry oh friend of mine?" She asked, laying in the air as she floated around aimlessly. She paused over the windowsill and lounged on the sill.

"maybe he'll go back to normal with a little kiss." he smiled.

"Kiss?! I'm not kissing a five year old!! You kiss him!! He hates me! I don't like him! No!" She crossed her arms and her face reddened. She had never kissed anyone, and hoped it wasn't obvious. But she wasn't kissing anyone. Unless they were her age or older. And still... A kiss?? What??? She turned her face away from both of their eyes. "Will he remember it if I did?" She asked after a moments silence.

"like i said, i don't know ... he doesn't seem to remember what he was doing as an adult while he's a kid ... so maybe not ... and besides im a boy ... you really want to see that?" he asked. "and i don't want to set the wrong impression on him."

"He's five. I would be classified as a... Whatever you call them. Besides, I don't want my first kiss to be with a five year old." Her cheeks went another shade of red. She seemed to think it over. "Do I have a choice? Or are you going to say 'too bad, just get it over with'?" She didn't mention that, as a Guardian, she served the people and took orders. That was in her job description, one part of it she didn't like.
