Conan went to school with other orphans and was bullied for weeks He hated school and kept asking about his parents, but no good answer came to him. he was repeatedly beat up in school until something inside him snapped. Bone claws extended from his knuckles and he severly injured the bullies. He ran away and travelled for years (looking for Logan but with no success), until he came across the academy. He has an anger issue due to his past.

Conan had wandered into town with just the clothes he was wearing. He heard about a school for gifted youngsters like himself and wanted to see what it was like. His feet were very sore and his soles were almost worn out as he continued walking through the streets. He was nervous in this new town, but didn't want to ask, just in case people found out he was a 'freak'.
