Hera reacted purely on instinct and loaded her bow with an arrow. She took a protective stance in front of Summer and aimed at Zane. "Should have known you would come after us of all people Zane. You sick, twisted little creep! You won't be as lucky as Landon was.", she hissed with narrowed eyes. Hera kept her eyes on the other Hunter but spoke to Summer,"Get out of here back to the others. Warn them. Roquel will lead you guys to the nearest town."

Alexandria flew behind justin and scanned the ground for Hera and Summer, she spotted them close to a new hunter. Maybe he wasn't new? Maybe he just hadn't been hunting them? she shrugged and dropped down a few feet to land on a branch, she flinched as a flurry of snow fell when she put her turned leg onto the branch. She hoped the hunter would just think it was more snow.

Zane smirked, "Shoot me. They'll just send worse. Like, maybe your other friends... Keith and Kanna?" he gave a small laugh, "You'll have to either kill them, or wait out their memory's." he said as he locked his speckled grey eyes on hera, "You'll all be caught in time, weather im here or not. Those scientists don't give up, you should know that by now." he said amused at the bow she was pointing at him. He took a glance to summer, "And summer, You better run fast if you're going to warn the rest of your friends that one hunter is here. You wont have to tell those two, but you'll have to warn the rest your position is known. You will all have to flee quickly to outrun what is to come." he said with a nod to Alexandria and justin as he turned his attention back to Hera.

Xana shrugged. "I hope you're right. I guess we'll find out when Summer decides to come back."

Justin's ears pinned and his lips curled into a snarl that was more canine then bat, surprisingly sharp teeth lined his snout though those were few and far between, separated by molars used to chew fruit whose edges were pointed sharp also. His eyes narrowed on Zane the looked down at Hera and Summer, finally his gaze went to Alexandria and un-narrowed as his snarl faded.

Sands comment about Kanna and Keith made Hera lose some of her composure. Her temper flared as she rushed Zane and pinned him to a tree trunk. Her amber eyes glowing with fire,"What did those freak scientists do with Kanna and Keith!? The only reason you are alive is because you have some useful information that I want! I knew you were sick from the first day we met!"

Dr. Max Norse~male~21~Avian specialty~single~Dr. Max slowly pulled out the needle before setting it back on the tray. He looked at Dr. Amy,"Yes all done with him."

Kaydence nodded to Xana, "Yea.. Guess so.." he said

Alexandria looked down at Hera, Zane and Summer she watched for a moment before looking over at summer. 'go back, get the others?' she mouthed, to him. Tilting her head to make it a question.

Zane narrowed his eyes at Hera and flicked his wrist, causing a knife to unfold from his sleeve. "Back off." he warned, pushing the knife blade into Hera's arm. "I'll tell you what I want to tell you, When I want." he said with a frown. "Now, I told you you could kill me, and you didn't. Then you had to go and try to get information, that I'll tell if I wish to, and I don't like that. Now I have to draw blood." he said, with a slight indication to her arm, which had a thin line of scarlet running down it which was getting thicker the more she didn't move her arm away.

Dr. Kate nodded and unstrapped Kanna before walking over and unstrapping Keith, "They'll be up in a few minutes. Then we should make sure the aggression shot didn't make them Too aggressive. "

Hera yelled as the knife dug into her arm and she felt the warm trickle of blood run down it. To prevent too serious an injury, the Hunter kicked at Zane before jumping back to stand beside Summer again. She grabed her bleeding arm wincing. She would have to deal with Zane later.....now her friends safety was more important. She looked to Justin, Alexandria and Summer to see if they understood they should go get the others and leave.

Xana frowned and leaned against the wall. "If Kanna and Keith get caught... what'll happen to them?"

Justin looked at Hera then stood on the branch and looked towards where the cabin was and let out a couple of high pitched chirps, hoping Xana would understand the warning to leave since she was a bat test too. He glanced at Alexandria to see if she had something else in mind than going to the cabin.
