Jace smirked and nodded his head "And Rain just likes to sleep." he said softly.

Allie looked at Jace and smiled "How did you end up with her?" she asked softly.

Jace shrugged "She was a kid out on the streets and i found her being stalked by a vamp so i helped her out and gave her a home." he said as he looked at Allie.

"Doubt it," Kiah said with a grin as she looked down at her brother who'd quite suddenly fallen asleep and curled up into a ball on the forest floor. "I never did understand how he could go from so hyper to so asleep in a split second." She shook her head then stooped to throw Cavan over her shoulder.

Kiah shook her head, as she watched Eztli toss Cavan over her shoulder as if he weighed nothing. "Dayum, Eztli.." She said, smirking at the younger girl. "I can hardly lift him up, you know. It sure does show the different between our strengths.." She sighed, hearing Taras's annoying laughter in her mind.

Quinton listened to Jace's story and nodded, looking over his shoulder at her, "She looks somewhat familiar."

Eztli shrugged, "Well, born wolves are naturally stronger than turned vampires, and the two of us have to be strong enough to pick each other up 'cause it's not an uncommon occurrence for one of us to pass out away from home." She smiled and started towards the village.

Kiah nodded her head in understanding, "Yeah, I guess so.." She said, speeding up a little, so she could walk alongside Eztli. "So.. When can we start trainin', Eztli ? I really do need to start getting'.. better. Or, I won't be able to.. keep him locked away." She sighed, frowning as she thought of how easily Taras had been controlling her recently.

Allie nodded her head "She does." she said then looked back at Jace "Does she have a family?" she asked.

Jace shrugged "I dont think so. She told me that when she was one she was taken from her mom because she had a drinking problem and a few months ago she ran away from the foster home to find her mom but she was gone, she's only 16." he said trying to remember what Rain had told him.

Eztli looked at her and smiled, "When ever you want, I don't sleep much so I've got plenty of time for it." She shifted her shoulder a bit, settling Cavan's weight on it and shook her head, "Is there anything specific you want to learn?"

Quinton frowned, "That sucks." He shook his head as he was reminded how stupid he'd been to run off a leave his own family and sighed, "That's a lot for anyone to got through."

Kiah shrugged her shoulders, as she continued to walk beside Eztli. "Anything that will help me to control Taras, and still allow me to use him to fight alongside you guys. Skills, so I can protect you, if need be.. And just.. regular fighting skills, so none of us die." She said, nodding her head at Eztli.
