Dresyn's mother shook her head. "I'll be fine. The gods have already saved me a spot." Dresyn clasped his hands behind him. "He got mostly everything from me. Except his work with his hands." Dresyn shook his head. "I have no good craftsmanship." His mother snorted. "Pish posh."

Azzri smiled and said "I agree with your mother, I have never seen anyone with as great handiwork as you." she smiled and set her hand on his mothers in a comfortable way. It was her burned wrist.

[Anomaly]

Dresyn's mother saw her wrist and sighed. "He burned you, huh?" Dresyn looked down and pressed his back against the wall. "Yes ma'am..." Dresyn's mother sighed.

Azzri set her hand back and said "No, I slapped him awake and he reacted it was my fault." she said and loomed back from her to Dresyn. Her turquoise eyes looked at her.

[Anomaly]

Dresyn's mother shook her head. "He's done worse when he was younger. Trust me." She coughed some more, nearly hacking up something. Dresyn rushed to her side, kneeling and gently taking her hand. "Mother... Tell me..." She leaned over and whispered something in his ear, seeing tears run down his cheeks.

Azzri backed up seeing it was not her place. She wanted to jump in and comfort her, and help Dresyn. She inched closer a bit but stopped.

Dresyn felt his mother's hand slack in his. He bowed his head, his shoulders trembling. Her body was turned into a light and vanished. He bit his lip.

Azzri said "Dresyn, I-I'm sorry. She will be alright, I'm sure of it. Just from seeing her in the few minutes I did, I could tell she was great." she said walking up behind him.

Dresyn shook his head. "She was fortunate to have lived that long..." He wiped his eyes. "Gods..."

Azzri wanted to give him comfort but she didn't know how. She said "She was a great person and I'm sure a great mom."
