Dresyn shook his head. "I said nothing of the sort, Azzri. You can come if you want. I'm not holding you to it."

Azzri looked to the west and to him. She sighed and knew it would be better if she went with him. She sighed again knowing the truth, she reajusted her bag. Azzri was soon trailing after Dresyn.

Dresyn kept walking as he headed into town. The scents seemed so old to him. But something was off. Why did it smell... "Burned?"

Azzri said "Whats burned?" she asked "something was off to her too.

He started to walk further in town and felt it. The houses and the buildings were burned. Dresyn took a deep breath. "My home... Ash..."

Azzri said "Its like a ghosttown here."

"I don't understand." Dresyn kept walking. He came to the middle of town. "This place. It was bustling with people... Just this summer. How..."

Azzri said "It was? Looks like it's been deserted for years..."

Dresyn whispered, "I called my mom here... With an iris message. How can it be all gone..."
