More info: She is a Pokemorph; able to transform into any Pokemon (Arceus is an exception however) and gain thier powers. However, because fully changing into a Pokemon drains her energy extremely quickly, she usually stops at the halfway mark, which she still has the pokemon's powers, but not to full capacity.

Skrea took off as an African fish eagle again, finding that a group of enemies had been approaching, getting closer to the group of shifters. That was really smart for us to gather in one spot... She screeched, hoping to alert the others. The enemy squad looked up and began shooting at her. "**** ********!" She screamed at them, flying directly above one, and transforming into a tiger right above him. She squashed him with her tiger weight and began attacking the others, and was shot in the shoulder. She ignored it, and kept taking them down.
