"Well, I was just thinking... I've cause you a heck of a ton of trouble. And.. I could see if you didn't want to..." Ichiru couldn't say it, he just couldn't. "Nevermind. Just pretend I didn't say anything okay?" he said hoping she'd shrug it off, figuring she probably wouldn't. "I"m sorry, I just had a meeting with Yagari, and somethings he said just got to my head."
Yagari picked up his AK-47 ((The only gun I know)) and began stalking around the school. His hunter senses were bothering him slightly more than normal. Then again, it could jsut be the three cups of coffee he'd drunk before going out. At least he'd stay awake!

"It's fine, if you want to break up with me" Selene said sighing, she knew this had to be done. Because her time here would be coming to an end soon anyway. She already knew what she had to do to protect him, and everyone else. "In fact I think things would be better that way Ichiru, I'm sorry I have to break my promise" she said coldly

"O-Okay," he said, sadly. So, Yagari was right. She'd never cared about him. Wheather she was going to drain his blood was questionable, but he'd been right oo far. Ichiru nodded, "You're right. Things wouldn't work out, we're just too differnt." he shrugged, as if he could really shrug everything off, and left. You did what you came here to do, well, sort of, now leave and get over it; he told himself. It wasn't like it'd be his first heartbreak. Who knows, maybe he was just the type to move on like that. When one relationship ended, he could just start a new one and be happy with it. He'd done before with Shizuki, hadn't he? He'd replaced her.
Now, if only he could replace Selelne.

"You're right," Selene said. Then she frowned. "Though I do have one last request of you, that is if you don't think to badly of me," Selene said her eyes turning red, so he would have to stay for at least this one moment. Sighing she looked at him waiting for his response.

"I couldn't do that," Ichiru said, even now not mad at her. He felt.. sad. But his brain was quickly trying to sort things, come up with ways to heal itself. ((Um, crap line. Yes)) "I still like you a lot, Selene," he admitted, and hating himself for it.

"Be happy," she said giving him one last kiss on the forehead. "You may leave now" she said her eyes turning to their usual blue color. "Good bye Ichiru" she said looking out the window.

Ichiru nodded and left the room. He tried to tell himself not to be too sad. He tried to convince himself he could find someone new to love. He failed, like before when Shizuki died. Your own fault. Never trust a vampire. Ichiru, with his re-opened inner wounds, found himself listening to terrible country music to get his mind off things. Luckily, the music worked and a couple hours later he was in a good enough mood to change the radio station.

Selene sighed after Ichiru left. "It's better this way" she mumbled to herself. It's like he said we're to different he didn't want you anyway that's why he came here. He probably didn't say it because he thought you would kill him. part of her mind comforted her. Ichiru would be okay, he would find someone else, have kids grow old and then die. That was how life was supposed to go for a human, even if the human was a hunter. Sighing she wrote a note and left it on her pillow, it read:

To Whom It May Concern,

I, Selene Nightly am planning on confronting Jason. It's my fault he's troubling everyone here. I have no regrets in this life, only that I could have helped others more. I did have a family once upon a time, people whose souls were dear to me. He killed all but one of those people, the only one he didn't kill is in danger. I will die he will live simple enough right? That person is not like us, he's not a monster. I know he never will be. It's my greatest wish that he will live on and live a happy life. I love you Ichiru, be happy, live on. I wish for no one to worry about me. I have no idea if there is an after life for my kind. But even if there isn't I have no regrets.

Then she jumped out the window. Sighing she ran to the place Jason and his followers would be.... Jason's favorite place.

((I'm thinking I should wait until someone finds the letter... Then Ichiru can have his "omg it's all my fault this happened!" moments. Wait a little awhile? Or shall I send Yagari The Spy in? ))

(Hmm... I kind of like the idea of Yagari cause then he can be like was I right about all vampires being evil?))
