Kyler hugged her and kissed her neck softly, "I'm sorry. I don't mean to hurt you. I wish I didn't." he buried his face in her hair and smiled.

Anna hugged him tightly, "It's okay." she replied softly as she rested her head on his chest.

Kyler just stood there with her in his arms. He promised himself he wouldn't hit her but he knew it would be broken. He had held off as long as he could. Now the real him had come through.

Anna kissed his throat lightly, she knew he would hurt her more but she just couldn't leave him.

Kyler smiled and stepped back so that he could look down at her. He kissed her lightly and then looked away into the forest.

Anna smiled at him softly, she watched him, she studied his face.

Kyler thought about all the other girls. He had never really loved any of them. He had been trying to find someone he loved and now he had her. He hurt her though. More than he wanted to. He looked down into her eyes, searching for anything that hinted at her not wanting him.

Aurora looked at him and smiled softly, her eyes showed trust and love, no regrets or doubts.

Kyler closed his eyes and shook his head. He stepped away from her and turned towards the forest. He was just glad she wasn't human. She would have been dead by now.

Anna looked at him and bit her lip, wondering what she did wrong. She watched him silently.
