Adrian yawned and soon joined Jade beneath the covers. "I'm going to get some rest. And, you should too. I'm sure your wounds will be healed by the time we wake." He grinned at her before closing his eyes.

Kara rolled her eyes. "Psh. I'll get you to laugh one of these days. I just need to get to know you better that's all. Then, I'll be able to figure out what will make you crack up." She smiled. "But, smiling is a great start towards laughter."
