Giovanni leaned against the bow of the ship, enjoying the motion of the ship. He had been traveling, looking for a place to stay.

(Yes, yes we do XD)

Horace walked next to Will and Aylss, his hands around his cup of steaming hot coffee. Him hanging around the Rangers all the time got him nearly as addicted to coffee as old Halt, too bad he wasn't around anymore.
"When's breakfast?" He asked will, looking over at the young Ranger.

"After we pick our apprentices," Will replied, and his brown eyes hidden by the cowl of his cloak looked over at Alyss, who was trying to stifle a laugh.
He too had a cup of coffee, but not nearly as large as Horace's.

Aylss was the only one without a cup of coffee.
"I heard most of the apprentices this year are girls," She commented, watching the two closely. "It would be intresting to have a female Ranger for once."
Her eyes moved to the sea off to the left, and a petite eyebrow raised as it saw a ship in the distance.

(I'm not claiming Will or Aylss, they just need a roleplayer at the moment)

(That's fine) (GIven that I don't want Giovanni to stay on the ship forever and a day, we'll just say time passed and he's here. Cuz I'm just impatient that way ).

Giovanni looked around. The place was crowded with people. A thief could make a living here, he thought absently.
He saw a group of people and walked over to them, hoping they could tell him where "here" was.

The slim girl fidgeted uncomfortably in the small waiting room outside the barons office. It was too cramped in here, with the too big desk, and the tiny area for the castle wards to wait.

Giovanni, not having any luck with the group of people, decided to look for a castle or some building that held important people. Rich people, he thought.
A large, three-sided structure loomed ahead of him. The guards stopped him and demanded who he was. He thought of killing them, but there were better ways of getting in to places.
"My name is Giovanni," he said. "I'm looking for the Baron."

She paced restlessly and then walked to the window, and looked down into the courtyard below. She smiled and basked in the warmth of the sun.
