Quynh walked after the professors/head of the houses quietly. She was still mourning slightly for the unicorn who had died in the forest. She really did not want anybody to suspect anything. She took a piece of toast and some orange juice and began to eat, she did not have much of an appetite.

Luke Stonestream| Slythern| Year 1

"Yes.." Luke hissed, slinking off to teh Great Hall. He took a seat and began to wolf down his food, not really caring what he was eating untill he realized that he was on his 5th slice of bacon.

Quynh Esteri, First Year, Gryffindor
Quynh was eating timidly, when suddenly, tears welled up in her eyes and she started to sob. She ran to the girl's bathroom and sank to the floor. She sobbed and sobbed until she had no tears left. Then, she sat there for the next 15 minutes, collecting herself. When she went back to the Great Hall, she had rings under her eyes and her face was blotchy. She kept her head down, and returned to her seat. Quynh had totally lost her appetite, so did not resume eating. Even the thought of food sickened her.

Elle Lendel || Slytherin || Year 1:
Elle dropped in the seat next to Luke, and didn't say anything as he started shoving food into his mouth. She looked at him neutrally. Things like that didn't really creep her out, actually, nothing really creeped her out.

Will Degeno || Gryffindor || Year 1:
Will looked up from his food as Quynh ran away sobbing. He winced slightly, but it faded away. What was wrong with her? First she runs into the Forbidden Forest, and the next thing he knows, she's running out of the Great Hall sobbing.

Luke stopped eating and looked up at the ceiling. He loved the Great Hall.

Sammi began to pile her plate with food, she always had a massive appetite in the mornings...well all the time really. Sammi watched Quynn for a second, wishing she would say what was wrong.

Elle Lendel || Slytherin || Year 1:
Elle looked at Luke, and back at her food. "What's so great about food?" she asked flatly and expressionlessly. Honestly. After watching Luke shove piles of food into his mouth, she had been thinking about the meaning of food. Sure, it was used to keep you from getting hungry, but..."Nevermind." she said.

Will Degeno || Gryffindor ||Year 1:
Will looked at Sammi. "Do you know what's wrong with her" he asked.

Samantha Sheerwater | Gryffindor | Year 1
Sammi stopped eating and swallowed her mouthful of food. She shrugged, "She came back from the forest like that and didn't want to tell me what she saw."

Quynh sat sulkily, just waiting for breakfast to be over and to go to class. She looked over at Sammi and Will and saw them talking. She knew that they were probably talking about her, so she didn't even bother to ask.

Drew sat at the breakfast table picking at the bacon.
He was looking around at the other people, already made friends, laughing and chatting. 'Aw,' he thought, 'why am I such a loner?' He stood up and marched to class. 'I wonder what Defense Against the Dark Arts is going to be like.' He thought as he climbed the moving staircase which made him shudder with every step. Worried of getting lost.
