Jay looked at him "Wait... With me?" he asked and tilted his head again. His eyes were guarded and slightly darker that they previously were, showing that he really didn't trust Rylan.

The British boy simply rolled his eyes. "C'mon. Just a quick chat. Don't worry, I'm not going to behead you." He grinned.

Jay grinned as well and stepped forward "Fine, Love..." he said and stepped a bit closer.

Rylan ducked out of Taki's and tapped his foot, waiting for Rylan.

Jay followed after him and sighed. "What?" the vampire asked and narrowed his crimson eyes slightly.

Rylan's disconcerting bicolored eyes met Jay's.
"I like Lila. Please don't ruin this for me. I understand you used to be in love with her, too. She isn't anyone's property, yeah?" Rylan arched an eyebrow. "All I'm asking is that you give her a chance to fall for me. Because I'm trying hard and I don't like it when people randomly throw enormous wrenches into what I had in mind." He dipped his head. "Your turn. Spill."

Jay blinked and nodded "Ah, I see..." he said and smiled widely "Well, I guess I'm still slightly bitter after being left... She just called and said, "I can't do this, Jay." Of course I was broken hearted but I told her everything would be fine and that we would work it out. We never worked it out." He paused for a moment then looked Rylan straight into the eyes "I won't ruin it for you."

Rylan sighed with relief. He clapped Jay on the back. "Thanks, mate. Just try not to ask her to come back to you, I just finally have this chance and she's real sweet and all, y'know, yeah?" his eyes shone. "Anyways, thanks. We could be mates, y'know." He punched him in the shoulder.

Jay laughed "I would punch you in the arm as well but I'm too afraid I'd break your arm..." he said and smiled. "Oh, I don't think I formally introduced myself. I'm Jaycifer Angelo Cassaretti..." and with that he put out a hand for Rylan.
