Alex pulled away and smiled at her. He wondered if ash had wished he got the same reaction from Joe and instantly felt bad. They got to the institute and Allie parked the car.

Alex had goosebumps form on his skin as she ran her fingers along marks. "stop it" he said but was smiling.

Joe sat I'n Ash's bedroom. It was pitch black yet daytime outside. She groaned and rolled, falling out of bed tiredly.
