Plot:

Verison 1-
The year is 2020. The month is August, and the date is the twentieth. On this day, a portal to the demon world, or Hell, was opened in New York, New York. Demons swarmed out and began a slow but sure takeover of the human world.

Five years later, over half of the human population was decimated before the portal to the angelic world, or Heaven, was opened. The angels began to fight the demons, and eventually the tide began to turn.

Twenty-six years later, the fighting had all ended. Only around a million humans were left, and they were spread out all over the world. Both the angel and the demon portals were resealed, and almost all of the angels and demons have left. There are still a few of the demons though, lurking, and trying to find a way to re open the demon portal. Luckily, there are also a few angels left behind, whose goals are to stop the remaining demons.

Unfortunately, the war had other consequences for the humans besides having their population decimated. Newborn humans began to turn out mutated, as a result of the mana released from the portals.

You are one of the war’s survivors. You can either be a human who turned out normal, a mutated human, an angel or a demon. Every person might have different goals, though most of the goals are to rebuild the human race, while some other goals might be to rule over the world, or at least a country. The question remains: What are you and what are you going to do?

Version 2-

The portals have been reopened and the the humans are no longer in peril of dying from Mana Poisoning, or the absence of Mana, a substance humans now need to live. But not all of the humans problems have been solved. Demons once again roam the Earth, killing and torturing humans as they see fit. The humans and the angels need to band together, but can the angels overcome their prejudice and work with the humans as equals?


Species:

Demons: Demons are creatures from Hell, and come in all shapes and sizes. They are usually bloodthirsty, vicious creatures who enjoy attacking people. They can look like humans, and also can look like monsters. Demons also have a wide range of powers.

Angels: Angels are beings from Heaven, who came to Earth as a result of the demon portal being opened. They have a strong moral code and try to help the humans, as they see them as lesser beings that need protecting. Angels typically look like humans, but some do not. Angels also have a wide range of powers.

Humans: Humans are beings who live on Earth, and do not usually have powers. Though since the war when the angels and demons came to earth, they have developed powers that are generally referred to as ‘mutations’.

Vasii: Neither demon, angel, or human, Vasii are seven beings that guard the demon portal. Vasii's natural forms are of monsters, but all vasii have a human form they can change into at will. The Vasii were corrupted, and that caused them to open the portal to cause a war between the races. After the war ended, the portals were sealed as the leader of the vasii, Reijaek, turned back to the good side but went insane. (No longer able to be role played)

Llsavi: No one knows why the Llsavi weren't called Vasii as well, as they are the same type of being. They opened the angel portal in retaliation of the Vasii opening the demon portal. When the war ended, they closed their portal, as they didn't want the war to continue. (No longer able to be role played)

Appearance:
Personality: Ford is typically a shy person, a characteristic that helped him survive the war. Though when somebody is injured or sick, his personality shifts into one that's completely serious, goal-oriented, and commanding.
History: Ford was born when the war was still going on, at a time when the fighting in his area was not to extreme. When he was 7 the fighting escalated, and he was separated from his parents. An older man found him, and helped Ford survive. He taught Ford many things, as he used to give him old textbooks for him to study from. Ford and his adopted father were separated when the war ended, as his adopted father turned out to be an angel. Ford has since then been travelling, and trying to find out if his parents are still alive.

Personality: Luriel is the definition of a biased Angel. He thinks humans are weak beings inferior to angels in every way, and he has no plans on changing his thinking anytime soon.
History: Stayed in Heaven during the war, as he was still in training. His father had gone down to the human world to fight though, and Luriel heard about a human that his father had raised, named Ford. Annoyed at the fact that his father had adopted Ford as his son even though he already had him, Luriel decided that when the portal reopened he would go down and see Ford for himself.
Other:The Son of Ford's adoptive father, which makes him Ford's step brother.

Personality: He is very shy around new people, but is sweet and funny once you get to know him. He's quick on his toes, but is not the best at stradegy's and waiting it out. He's got a short temper when it comes to fighting, and doesn't have the best people skills.
History: His parents died when he was seven, leaving him and his younger brother at an orphanage. They kicked him out one day when they saw him playing around with shadows, but refused to let him take his younger brother. He has lived on his own ever since. He really wants to find his younger brother.

Her hair is akways up, she hates bangs in her eyes. Dont ever epect her with her hair down unless she just woke up or went to bed.

Anime;




Personality: very obedient, loving, and will die for her little brother. She is responsible, and knows how to take care of herself. She has a soft side, but it's hidden by the toughness thats on the outside. She barely smiles, unless she's with loved ones. She believes in Christ, and prayed every night. Although the world is mostly gone, she still has manners and tries to act like things are normal.
History: She was down in a subway when she was 6, and got robbed. Her mother got shot in the head, right in front of her. She lived with her achoholic father and her grandma. At age 15, her father said he was going on a quick buisiness trip, but really he was selling drugs and never returned. Two years later, her grandma got very sick and spent most days lying in her bed. Ellie was left to care for her little brother and baby sister. They started running out of money, and soon enough they couldnt pay for food or the house. A few months later the baby died, and then the granmother. Ellie and her brother packed their things to live in the city, and left. When they got there, they found the demons attacking, and hid under a house for a week by eating the rest of their food. When the war ended, they tried to survive, not knowing demons still lurk the world.
