In some way, Starlit knew Rai was going to follow her. Looking around herself as the trees went by, Starlit also knew that Rai was going to catch up. Quick. Shooting up a tree, Starlit hid in the branches. She looked down and cursed her fire powers for it showed that she was going straight up the tree.

Gnarus dreamed, a boy his hair a light blond unlike hers which was a dark red, his eyes. . .where hazel though. . .they blazed a lively gold, he was a Witch and not just any witch. . .her younger brother. why am I dreaming this?. . .oh. . .that's right. . .there's something I need to find. . . Images of her brother laughing, crying, sleeping and yelling passed through her mind, but one image struck her most of all. . .the strange orb like talisman he had brought her one day. She hadn't cared to much for the object for she was young then "hey Gnarus! lets hide it! I bet you its special!" she had agreed and with a good quick mumbled spell the talisman was sent to their favorite hiding place. . .a hollow tree. But what struck her most of all was this. . .it looked like the talisman that Dalveron had used. . .

Rai came to a slow when he was running out of breath. There wasn't any way that a vampire could outrun a werewolf. He followed the trail to a tree. "Star, please come down," he said with a small frown on his face. "I don't want you to go. Not now, not ever."

Starlit squirmed a bit, not knowing what to do. Obviously Rai didn't believe her when she said that she would only hurt him. What am I going to do...? she thought. A sick, sad and horrible idea popped into her head, she didn't want to go along with this idea but it seemed to her that she would have to, to make him stop, "I never loved you! I want to go, it's my choice! I never ever cared, I was just going along with Allie's stupid plan!" Starlit put a hand over her mouth to stop the choking sound and as numerous tears were shed from her eyes she jumped from her tree and took off in the opposite direction, hoping she could find some place where she wouldn't hurt anyone.

(Gosh, Starlit's mean xP I might come back when things slow down for me. Or... speed up enough that I force free time in my day xD)

Rai sighed a little when he heard her. It took him a moment to get it all figured out. "You...Didn't?" he mumbled under his breath when she ran off. He wasn't sure if the tears he saw on her face were because of his vision being blurred by his own and he was seeing things, or if they were real. His gaze dropped to the ground as he thought about whether to follow after Star or just head back to the group again.

Dalveron sighed and followed them, then he stopped short. He herd what Starlit had said to Rai. He knew Starlit well and that she loved him like he loved her, and she would never say that. He looked at Rai and he looked hart broken, but that just what he saw. He wanted to leave them alone, so he turned and ran off to find Gnarus. He soon found her asleep, she had been asleep for a while. He walked over and shook her, Gnarus, Gnarus, wake up." he whispered.

Rai ended up deciding to go after her still. Even though she said that she didn't love him, he still did. He ran down the trail, trying vainly to catch up to her. "Star! Please, wait up!"

Starlit turned around sharply, wiping her eyes quickly, hiding the tears. When Rai caught up, she looked at Rai and growled, "Stop Rai. I liked you, okay? But I never loved you and I never will. What I felt was a crush, and now I'm over it. Let me go, because I've already let you go." She paused to take and breath and sniffed. She couldn't hold back the tears any longer than she had, and they all came spilling from her eyes, and she feebily tryed to keep up her talk of not liking him, but she couldn't do it without taking an unsteady breath every few words, "Leave me! I-- can't love you!"

Allie raised a brow, "STUPID plan? Um, excuse me, my plans are usually brillant!" She said, crossing her arms.

Starlit flashed a glance up to Allie that told her to shut up, "Allie, if you haven't noticed, I'm talking to Rai right now and I think we've had enough of everyone popping up out of now where in the middle of our conversations and changing the subject." Starlit did not hold back any amount of ferocity or acid from leaking into her voice, "So you can either listen or leave."
