"Strange kind of slytherin." she smiled, showing it was a joke.

Merr smiled and nodded. "Yes. You could say that...Or they are the unusual ones, and I'm the only normal one."

"Eh? oh well Proffeser Flitwicks here now" she said.

Merr sat down next to Kat and sighed. He looked at her and smiled. "Know what we're doing this lesson?"

Codi, as well as his books and wand, went hurtling to the ground as a foot shot out in front of him and tripped him. He sprawled to the ground and heard a familiar, cold laugh behind him. "Watch where you're going," Bane's voice said as he continued down the corridor, hurrying to class with everyone else. "Brother." The Gryffindor ignored is taunt and ground his teeth, seething as he grabbed his wand and tucked t under his robes, then started to gather his books. A few other Slytherins laughed and teased him as they brushed past him, knowing his brother. His hand twitched toward his wand but he forced himself to refrain from fighting back. He dropped the last book on the pile and picked them up, but after smoothening down his hair which had gone askew. Codi, warier this time, hurried off to Charms, leaving snickering students in his wake.
