Amber blushed also slightly. If you won't feel weird then that's fine. She shrugged as she looked outside as the water droplets hit her window with little pitter patters. She saw puddles already forming and she was worried about her brother by now.

Jay nodded and walked around until he found her room and set Anne down. He was getting kind of worried because he noticed her lips were a bit blue and she was no longer snoring. He shook her a bit more. "Anne?" He started sweating. "M-Mom?" He shook her harder. "Mom?" He checked her pulse. Nothing. "...M-M-Mom?" He shook and stood up straight. "Amb-ber.." he yelled, his voice strained and shallow. His bangs were hanging in his face and tears were running down his cheeks.

Amber heard him and then walked into her room. Yes? She said with concern, walking over to inspect what he was doing before she noticed him crying. Is she okay? She asked quickly.

Jay shook his head. His head was hung, his hair casting a dark shadow down his face. He tried to say something, but he started whimpering instead, and sat down on the floor, pulling his legs to his chest and wrapping his arms around them.

Luxuria rolled her eyes at Avery. Close friends. Hmmph. Onyx was hers. He was perfect for her. No love had to be involved, just power. It was an investment for the both of them. And Blondie better back off. Onyx, dear. Where are we headed exactly? Lux asked. Beginning to trace spiral patterns with her other hand up and down his arm. She was so close she nearly vanished into his side.

"Just to that mall area." Onyx said, watching her delicate finger move across his muscled arm. He smiled down at her, then looked straight ahead at the direction he was going. The mall area in District 1 wasn't much of a mall; just a food court with different types of Capitol foods, a few clothing stores, and other stores scattered throughout it. It was a strip mall, so no elevators or other such things were required. "Here we are." Onyx said as they approached the mall. "Well, first is to the supply store to buy me a knife."
