Characters Name: Rayne Fisher.

Rank: Peacemaker.
Age: Twenty years old.
Personality: Rayne is a loud and energetic young girl. Being only twenty and landing a job as a peacemaker, she is very excited about her work and is keeping strict rules enforced. She is single and happy that way. Though, to keep her company, she has a black little kitten named Ebony, she found a stray. Rayne is usually happy and when working, she is very serious and fair. She is one of the nicer peacekeepers around, if such a thing. when she is not at work, she is at home playing with Ebony, reading or sometimes drawing. Rayne doesn't have very many friends but she feels she doesn't need them.
Physical Description: Rayne is a five foot six inch tall girl. She has long, curly, auburn hair that is cut in a style to hide her blue\green eyes. She has perfectly white teeth and twenty twenty vision. Rayne's skin is a mocha colour and she weighs around one hundred and forty pounds. She has a great sense of style when not in her uniform and many boys in her town like to look at her but not many ever make a move. She thinks they are intimidated by her higher title though, that doesn't really bother her. If you ever see Rayne, you will always see her wearing her mother's white gold bracelet. It is the most valuable thing she owns besides her house.
History: Rayne is an only child. Her parents passed away in a large house fire three years ago.

Rayne heard foot steps behind her in the distance but didn't look back. She heard her name being called and she wondered who it could be. Cocking her head to the side slightly, she turned around to see the bar's owner running after her. Wondering what he could want, she smiled and said "Hello."

"Hey!" Onyx said cheerily as his friend walked up. Lux didn't seem to share his happiness. "Who are you?" Lux asked with a sassy attitude, flipping her shimmering hair and glowering. Avery didn't seem to notice, because she replied in her usual bubbly tone. "Ladies, ladies, please! I'm just one guy... One incredibly good-looking guy, yes, but one guy all the same." Onyx said conceitedly.

Avery smiled. "What's up?" she asked. She was hoping to do something with him considering she had just gotten done babysitting her siblings. She hadn't noticed Lux's rudeness. She always sees the best in people.

His heart sped up. What do I say now? He thought for a few, long seconds. He could feel his face turning red, his pulse accelerating even more. Funally, the gears began to turn. "A lady such as yourself shouldn't be walking alone at this time of night." At first, he was really proud of his "smooth" comment, but then realized the stupidity behind it. She was a peacekeeper. Xavier was in more trouble of being mugged or hurt than she was, for no one would dare touch a peacekeeper. He groaned silently but tried not to let his embarrassment show.

Avery smiled. "What's up?" she asked. She was hoping to do something with him considering she had just gotten done babysitting her siblings. She hadn't noticed Lux's rudeness. She always sees the best in people.

Avery obviously wanted to do something. Onyx knew her well enough to tell what she wanted by the tone of her voice and her body gestures. They were best friends, but Onyx had really been hitting it off with Lux. This might ruin it. "Lux and I were heading to the mall to pick up a knife and a few other things." He said slowly, trying to make up his mind as to whether or not he should invite Avery. "I'm fine with you going, as long as Lux is okay with it, too." He turned to Lux, waiting on her decision.

Avery smiled. "Thanks!" she said. She looked over to Lux to see if she was alright with it. She found it funny that Onyx knew her well enough to tell how bored she was. If Lux said no, Avery would in her mind find some logical explanation to why she didn't want her to come that made Lux seem nice. But what do you expect? That's her way of shielding herself from being hurt.

Luxuria sighed loudly. Clearly expressing the fact that she wanted to be alone with Onyx. But whatever. I suppose she could tag along. But. She will suffer the concequences of being there. And the wway she looked at him.. That girl definitely liked him. But either Onyx wasnt interested, or he just didnt realize it. Maybe it was both. What a hooker. She thought. She did NOT like any competition from girls. Apparently the two were close friends. But Lux didnt care. She would get her way. She always did. Blatantly staring at Avery with a harsh glare, she looped her small arm through Onyx's. Her fingers curling around him posessively. "She can come." Lux said sweetly to him. Then looking back at Avery, eyes narrowed, and a huge grin on her tiny face.

A girl in her middle teens stood in the kitchen of her home, preparing dinner. She was Miki, step-in mother for the Jacaranda family of District 7. Her father and older brother should be home soon from their jobs in the forest. Lumber Jacks, basically.

"Ella, Aj," Miki yelled in a loud voice from the kitchen. "Dinners almost ready!" She allowed them 5 more minutes of play time while tending to the eggs scrambling on the stove before she called up again. "Birdella, Alder!" Her younger siblings both hated being called by their full name, and preferred Ella and Aj. "Its almost ready, c'mon!" Miki slightly pouted, waiting for the sound of complying children.

A young man by the name of Jem wiped his brow of sweat, not that it helped much. Thump...thump...thump... Hundreds of pickaxes hacking through many miles of dust-filled tunnels. The distant echo of carts wheeling their valuable findings to the unseen surface. Grunts and murmurs of hot and dirty men. Ah, the beautiful sound of mining. Jem was use to being covered sweat and a layer of dirt and dust, but even after three years of this job, he still hasn't gotten use to the darkness.

Just 10 more hours, Jem thought with disappointment. His helmet light flickered dimly, but a quick pat to the side stopped it. Raising his steel pickaxe over his head, he forcefully stabbed it into the ground in front of him. The work in the mines were long hours, and little pay. Though he couldn't complain - even if he did, he would just be scolded - at least he was getting payed something.

It was the same routine everyday. Wake up, get dressed, serve, go to sleep. Rinse and repeat. Living in the Capitol was like anything you could ever ask for - that is, unless you are an Avox. Myuuto was horribly unlucky enough to have become one of these, for whatever reason. Many scenarios and thoughts have ran through her head, but none of them ever rang a bell.

(( Hmm, should have thought of this before, but wondering to either have my Avox have a NPC family, or a personal Avox to anyone who has a Capitol character, if wanted. ))
