ooc: O.o I would love to give this a try. Except I cannot respond tonight as I have vowed not to roleplay today. But I will submit a form ^_^
I also had a question regrading out of character speaking. May I use ooc: instead of parenthesis or brackets? It is really my prefered method, though I can and will use the parenthesis or brackets if need be.

Character Name: Harper (Last name unknown)
Gender: Female
Age: 20
Job: Anything she can get
Personality: Harper is rather like the panther that they fabled her after when she first arrived: A silent killer. Her movements are slow and calculated, and she is often not noticed at all unless she makes herself known. Usually about the moment she has to start messing with your head or beat the snot out of you. She can be very layed back if you ever actually get to know her, but that isn't likely to happen, as she never stops moving long enough to learn your name. She cannot get too close to anyone with how often she is busy, and continues to keep herself bsuy for that purpose. Always always busy.
Physical Description: Harper is 5'5" tall and around 125 pounds. She is rather curvy but slim from the constant exercise of trying to stay alive. She has long black wavy hair that she usually has pulled back into a bun. Her skin is dark, like the slight olive complexion of a spaniard, but darker still from the native blood. Her eyes are deep dark brown with almost a beautiful wild look to them like she was still running about through the mountain trails of her home. She has many many scars. She has many thin white lines that overlap each other on her back, and several thicker lines of pinks and light browns on her sides, shoulder, and upper arms. A long burn starts at about the middle of her neck and travels all the way down the right side of her back, out over her shoulder, and across her side. This all she works very hard to cover up. Though Harper would prefer the clothes of a man, she found it was much easier to survive in England if she dressed the part. Or, at least dressed the part of a lower class woman instead of a man. And so, she reluctantly wore the simple dresses that she had aquired, most covering the burn on her neck and had sleeves that at least were as long til the elbow. She looks very... Odd in her faded dresses with dark skin and an almost 'savage' look about her. But it keeps others away, so she deals. At night, though, she is adorned as a man, her hair pulled tightly into a cap as she walks about in a man's atire. It is just so much easier to guard people that way.
Weapon of Choice: She carries a random knife with her everywhere, but Harper uses everything as her weapon. And I mean everything.
Interesting Details: Her voice is... Beautiful in its depth, not in its pitch, if that makes any sense. Her voice isn't like a song birds, it isn't conventionally beautiful and she is not going to wow the masses with a song. But it is something powerful. A little low for a young woman, and full of the same spark and wildness as her eyes and appearance. Exotic, is what you could call it, though it is covered over by the spanish accent she gained while speaking the language. But it is still there, all you have to do is listen. And she will eat pretty much anything, just as long as it isn't decayed. She can't be too picky, what with how little she is paid. But her favorites have always been fresh fruits like mango and pineapple. Not that she gets them at all anymore, but she can still dream.
Natural Abnormality: Unless you count the scars and burns? Nothing.
Pet: Well she has a horse, a simple bay draught with white stockings and black hair. A bit of a young animal without a name. Really, she just needs him to get about on. She doesn't really like horses, so she just suffers through him.
History: Harper was born under a different name in a very far away place: Argentina. That is right, she is a Spanish Mestizo (European/Native American cross). She was ripped from her home at the ripe old age of five and forced into English society, where she was expected to assimilate or be punished for it. But assimilating with people who spoke a different language was very difficult. They should have taken her to Spain instead, but this did not happen, so she struggled often with her 'teachers' to learn yet another culture and language than the Spanish that had been forced upon her native peoples already. Well this did not go over so well, landing the 'experiment' of a girl out on her own in the streets. Which was never good for a small girl of darker color and wild eyes. She was treated rather brutally, passed between house to house of some of the filthiest men she had ever seen. Her life was simply in a very bad place. But Harper made it through, finally fighting her way out of their grasp and back out onto the streets, where she quickly got herself whatever job they would offer her to stay out of the reach of those awful men. Her first jobs usually consisted of very late nights watching animals or fetching random items that were needed. Some began to hire her to guard their homes while they slept, or to even travel about with them with a knife in hand to deter any attackers. Over time she became simply that: A body guard. Though she still works to take any job she can get, most of them end up being along the lines of protecting someone or something.
