Once again, Neil glanced back towards them. He was startled for a moment, as if he had forgotten who the two strangers were. Again.
Within seconds, he recognized them and grinned once more. "What are we doing standing out here in the rain?" He asked cheerily, tipping his hat. "You're both drenched, though I suppose I am, too."
What a strange person.

Character Name: Edwin
Gender: Male.
Age: 17-18. Somewhere around there. :B
Job: He's a homeless, jobless freak, are you kidding? :O
Element: Wind~
Magic Object(s): A random assortment of kitchen utensils that he keeps in a small pack attached to his belt. Usually sharp knives and forks that he "borrows". He does give them back but usually blood-stained by then.
Physical Description: I'll get a pic here eventually. Edwin's scruffy looking in short. He has shaggy raven-black mid-length hair and grey-black eyes. He's usually clad in a formal white short that probably used to look nice but is now quite beat up with a couple holes. The same goes for his black pants. Most of the time, he wears average black shoes but he also often goes barefoot for some reason. His belt covers the tope of his non-tucked-in-shirt with his small pack resting on his left hip.
Animal Form: Hooded Crow. ^_^
Interesting Details: His voice is similar to Orlando Bloom (plays Will Turner in PotC) but a bit higher in pitch since he is in fact younger.
Natural Abnormality: Edwin does have fangs but his other teeth are mostly normal....Other than that, nothing.
Personality: He enjoys teasing people he know he can evade or they can't fight back (verbally or physically). Despite that, if you're on his good side, he's extremely loyal and won't abandon you without a really good reason. He's not easily deceived so that's out of the question. If Edwin teases you, you're most likely his 'friend'. There are a couple people *cough cough Neil cough* That he treats with the upmost respect but that's rare. He easily gets pissed if you insult his 'friends,' him, or his Alice. (His Alice. Not yours. :P)
He's an escape artist. He's known as being catchable but that's not entirely true. The thing is that he is caught. Quite often. But he escapes every time by midnight. Always by midnight. And no one knows how, even if they try to watch him. Cause he's sexy like that... -w-''
Pet: His best friend, Alice the rat.
History: *Extremely brief* Abandoned as a young child for an unknown reason (perhaps the mother freaked out over the fangs?), he quickly learned the rules of the streets. After a short time, he learned to travel by rooftops, slowly and carefully at first. Now he can freely run across leap from roof to roof without even looking. There's more to his story but I'm too lazy for this.

Edwin looked down at the small white rat following him as he walked down a street. He stopped suddenly, crouched down and handed the rodent a crumb from the stale roll he was eating. The rat gulped it down immediately and looked back up, expecting more.

"No more for right now, Alice," Edwin told the rat as he ate the last bite and stood up. Alice's ears drooped as he said that as if understanding him.

Levi felt the wind sweep his messy hair back and forth, enjoying its chill. He had always loved rain, although his eyes would never allow him to see it. The boy gingerly stuck his hand out from beneath the above-walkway bridge and smiled softly as the water trickled through his fingers.
"I wonder why you don't have a color," Levi spoke aloud, not to anyone in particular. "What does colorless look like?"
He leaned against the stone underside of the bridge and pressed his hand to the cool grey surface. The color felt good on his skin, a sensation that could not be understood by anyone else...

[Zoe-Underland]

Zoe walked silently her hands clasped behind her back. Suger and Kane walked behind her heads held high. Zoe let out a short chuckle grinning "lets go you two, we have a down-town meeting to attend to later and i need to clear it up with somebody." she muttered and took of running, her feet thudding on the ground. Kane and Suger ran silently after her.

He let out a slow sigh and reached into his leather pouch. Grasping the flawless white cover of the book, Levi brought it into the open and began scanning the pages, his delicate fingers whisking neatly over each sheet before he found the one he was looking for. He ran a hand down the ink-covered paper, savoring each word. Each beautifully written symbol... Black on white, such a prominent duo.
Safe underneath the bridge, Levi stroked the book's pages. Reading.
Time slipped away, and the only sound was that of dripping water.

[Zoe-Underland]

Zoe ran over the Bridge, her footsteps thudding onto the ground below her. She stopped running and glanced around scratching her head "Now were did he say it was gonna be" she muttered. Suger and Kane watched her silently, shacking there heads. Before she bent down and patted them. Kane puffed his chest out in praise. While Suger just rolled her eyes at kane well being kane, she purred happily though as she was patted.
