Harper

Harper paused as the girl spoke, but she had no idea what Luna was saying. She stayed still for some time as she mulled over the words, trying to make a connection between them. Horse, that was what they often called el cabello. Was that his actual name? If so, wasn't she supposed to be the one who named him? Not that she ever would, but he was still her cabello. Feed was much like food; at least she was pretty sure it was. She looked down at the hammer as if it would start spouting spanish and translate for her. And then set back to work. Why try to do an action- Wait. That had been one of her jobs before: Feed the horses. But she wasn't even sure if there were any horses here. She didn't see any but her own. Luna wanted her to feed her own horse as a job? It didn't make any sense, but... She moved the nails along her lips with her tongue to the side before inspecting the stable for horse feed. She didn't really find any, and so returned to the basket. She wanted her to feed the horse with this? Fruits were very expensive in England, Harper knew that quite well. And yet this girl wanted her to feed some to the horse? To a beast of burden? She picked through the fruit for a while, trying to find one that she didn't think would be as detrimental to lose. And came across the apples. Well, they weren't as rare to find here... Alright. She picked one out and held it up to the horse who took it in his lips quickly, taking a chunk out of it as he used her hand like a plate. Harper laughed at the horse, the sound seeming so strange to her. A laugh...
