The Love, The Heat, The Drama! (Summer Teenager Romance)

Ryan closed his eyes, he was afraid she would say that. He wasn't ready to be a father true, but he didn't want to lose his first child. "Anything that will make you happy." Ryan said, his voice cracking. He started the engine, driving home. Once he parked he sighed, so confused.

Leah sighed, too. She could feel the tears coming again. She quickly blinked them back, but when they still came out she wiped them away before Ryan could see. She opened up the door, grabbed her purse and the pregnancy test, and walked to the hotel room, waiting by the door so Ryan could unlock it.

Ryan stepped out of the car and unlocked the door. "Tell me when you get the results." He whispered, sitting at the kitchen table, burring his face in his hands.

Leah nodded. She walked to the bathroom and closed the door. She followed the instructions on the box and when she came out of the bathroom she walked to Ryan and put her hand on his back. "Says to wait five minutes." she muttered. She sat down in the chair next to him and kissed his cheek gently.

Ryan sighed watching the clock.

"Okay. What does it say?" Ryan asked, cringing.

[bliss.]

Leah sighed, a little scared. She stood up and walked back to the bathroom. She closed her eyes as she grabbed the pregnancy test, trying to prepare herself for what was sure to come. A few seconds later, she opened them back up and looked at the answer of the test. She sighed in relief, threw the pregnancy test in the trashcan and ran back to Ryan. She threw her arms around him, "I'm not pregnant!"

Ryan kept his eyes pressed, "Yeah but Lea... you missed your period and those things can lie..." He smiled and opened his eyes, to go along with it. "That's great Leah!" He hugged her back.

Leah pulled away to look at his face, "I was only a few days late... That happens sometimes." she said. "Besides, that test was, like, the best one out there." she said.

Ryan still didn't believe the test. He stood up, "Do you want your present today or tomorrow?"

Leah sighed and sat down in the chair. She folded her hands together and set them on the table, staring at them. "Tomorrow." she muttered.
