Scout walked to his locker, wich he had painted silver and painted nice, straight green stripes on it. He opened it.

Beth pulled out her ipod and earbuds and began listening to it

Scout sighed. He got out his favorite book, Gone, and began to read it, leaning against his now closed locker.

Beth nodded to the beat of "Run the World"

Scout flipped a page, making a papercut in his finger. Blood was flowing out, so he sticked his finger in his mouth and red further.

Beth looked over at scout and waved "Hey!" she stopped her music

Scout looked at where the shouting came from. He saw Beth, he smiled and waved back.

She walked over to him and leaned against a locker "Whatcha readin?"

" A new book of my favorite series. " Scout lifted the bookso Beth could read the title. " It`s about a little kid that suddenly gets powers and lets all people older then 15 disappear. 2 people take the lead, one good, one bad, and they are brothers. It`s warm and some people get powers too so it`s war between the people with powers and the people without. " Scout said in one big breath.
