"Alright," Taro mumbled and paused for a moment to collect his words. "Out of these few months of trying to win your heart, I've felt more pain than I have happiness. So, I've decided to let Denver have you, if you approve of him. Plus, since it's been quite some time and you haven't decided between us yet, I'm pulling out. I'll just find someone else to love later. But..." He smiled faintly as he continued on. "I want to keep the role of an older brother, so I can still have fun with you and do the stupid things we usually do. Just, if you decide to be with Denver, don't kiss or hug him in front of me. Even though I'm choosing the sibling role doesn't mean that I don't love you in that way anymore." Once he finished, he rubbed the back of his neck and waited to see what she had to say about it.

"Mhm." Lynn smiled as she started down the hallway and toward one of the doors. She unfurled her wings and shot up into the sky.

Jewel took it all in, she blushed and sighed. "Oh...I'm sorry Taro....but I'm glad you can still be my big brother figure....." she sighed softly and hugged him.

John spread his large eagle-like wings and shot off.

Impie watched two angels fly up and nearly fell out of her tree as she pulled her wings in. She scrambled into the cover of the leaves,flattening herself to the trunk, She knew that if they found her right now she was screwed, since she could only use her demons at night.

Jewel looked back up at him, "I better get back to Jaydon." she stated and walked back over to Jayson. "Sorry, now...who do you think you like?"

Jayson sighed and rubbed the back of his neck while thinking. "You know that girl at school, I don't remember her name. Um, God. I know I shouldn't be falling for a human again but, I can't help myself!" He said.

"I'll be happy with just that," Taro said as he hugged her tightly in return. "I can still get hugs from you though, right? Just, friendly ones? And, alright. I guess I'll catch up with you later, Jewel."

"Want to race?" Lynn asked curiously as she began to drift on the warm air currents.

John chuckled, "Sure." he replied knowing she would beat him.

Jewel chuckled, "As long as she's not easily freaked out." she stated. She gathered her stuff, "I better take this stuff back."

"Okay on your mark, get set, go!" Lynn laughed as she pumped her wings quickly to keep at a fast pace.

Taro didn't really want to head home yet, so he just wandered around the forest for the time being. He was still thinking about whether he wanted a room in the house or not. "Nah," he concluded after some thought. Being outside during the night would make him stronger, since he'd have to face demons and other nighttime creatures awhile.

John slowly took off and flew after her, his wings propelled him with each flap. He was slow but powerful.

Lynn glanced behind her to see if John was catching up to her. And, he was, slowly. So, she pumped her small wings a bit harder to keep a good distance ahead and laughed.
