Personality Very clumsy, he isn't that hard of a character to recognize. The idiotic, clumsy, dim-witted, hilarious older brother that he is, he some how always is able to embarrass is younger, yet higher ranked, sister. He can make nearly anyone amused, and though he has this actual personality, he can be very thoughtful, sweet, deep-thoughted (though this doesn't go into intelligence) and loves his adopted sister to death. He often finds himself at the abuse of his sibling.
Appearance He has messy, slightly curly dark brown hair, and large, rounded blue eyes. He is tanned, compared to most, and seems to be seventeen. He is very tall, and muscled though very skinny.
History He was born to a noble family, but his mother was of a lower class family, and when they adopted his sister, Jigoku, it caused an up roar. Not much is known besides that. Even fewer know the fact that Jigoku is his adopted sibling.
Squad/Seat Current Second Seat of the Fifth Division (In place for Momo), and actual Third seat. Denies offers to become Captain.

Name Hiotoko (Fire Clown)
Appearance of Zanpakutō A red-headed, fifteen year old boy with pale skin, and an expression that resembles Gin's, but with tilted, open red eyes. His top is a white kimono, but it ends some what below his pex, and exposes his muscled stomach. His pants are that of an Arrancar's design, but with multiple toys and keychains attached to the black bar acting as the waist band. He often has his hands together in his sleeves, playfully, and his shoes are white, and fluffy looking, with curled toes (Like Nnoitra's). His keychains become weapons, or toys, depending on how he uses them, and he is often seen balancing on a big circus ball, with one foot along, the other in a Hindi sitting style.
Inner World A giant circus tent and flames circling it.
Personality He is goofy, and very funny, often making jokes and riddles when you speak to him. Sadly, he is very sadistic, and often can't control himself in a fight. To many times he burst out in random, harsh, and loud, laughter.

Shikai Special Abilities It allows him extreme strength, and he is much quicker. When the hammer is pounded, it makes a squeaky noise (when if a laughter mode), and releases a literal laughing gas.
Name of Bankai Waraishibo Hiotoko
Appearance of Bankai He has a more hardcore version of the Zillyhoo formed Shikai, but it is part of the three keychains he has, it being one. He has Hiotoko's outfit. The other two forms are a colorful sword, and a jack in the box. (A joke that Hiotoko constantly pulls to annoy Kenta.)
Bankai Special Abilities He has extreme strength, and speed, but he constantly breaks out into fits of laughter that stop his battling all together.
