Ryu allowed an amused huff escape his lips. "I guess you can call it a good day if you overlook the injuries." He commented with humor tainting his voice a bit. As they stepped through the gate they were back in the familar surroundings of the soul society within seconds. It wasn't surprising for other souls to see injured shinigami walking through but it wasn't very often.
Ryu kept most of his wieght off of Teirra but she helped him keep his balance just by being there beside him. With his arm still pressed up against his stomach, he managed to stop the bleeding on his own and Lilium was gradually healing him as he walked. It was slow since he was feeling exhausted but he should be better in a matter of a few hours depending on what he was doing between now and then.

Teirra walked to the healing batracks and smiled reassuringly to the passerbyes. She then layed Ryu down on a bed and sat down next to him. "Ryu..." She said sadly as nurses came out and surrounded him, his wounds were worse than hers and she could handle a few stitches. She stayed by his side the entire time and thogt angerily. I won't let you hurt him eve again Arriet... Only this time... The hollow didn't answer her and she felt worried. She then saw Ryu when the nurses were done and she smiled,"You shoukd get some rest Ryu, please." Ans ahe smiled at him gently. She wondered if his captain would come.... Or worse... If her captain would come... Surly they'd told him.

Ryu groaned a bit when the nurses arrived, to him they were just down right annoying and they tended to worry a little more than they should. It was a relief to see them leave but he wasn't surprised to find Teirra still there. He was a bit glad she didn't leave because he didn't want her to be in any trouble in case Captain Toshiro decided to see her. The fault was his for not running and getting himself injured so he wanted to take full responsiblity. Ryu's captain knew better by not worrying about him so much and he had to respect his captain that much for allowing him to take care of himself.
"They won't let me leave so I have no choice but to rest," Ryu sighed a bit heavily out of disappointment. His zanpakuto was beside his bed leaning against the wall but he left it be. He wanted his head clear from the arguements Lilium must be having with Mal. But none the less, Ryu hated being in the medical barracks already and he hoped that he wouldn't be here for very long.

Teirra smiled at him softly and said,"I won't leave, I want to make sure you don't do something stupid." Ans she laughed weakly, her eyes dull with exhaustion. She smiled and took his hand gently in hers and she stared at it hen laughed a bit and closed her eyes but held his hand softly. She smiled and looked into his eyes then raised his hand to her forhead and whispered something..... It was similiar to a prayer almost, but more of a thanks to.... Her family who died.... She smiled and said,"They protected you from me, and I thank them." She figured he wouldn't understand and she explained,"My family died by a hollow, and well...." She sighed heavily,"They protected you... I know it sounds nuts.... But they understood me." And she laughed lightly thinking, Yeah right, like he'd believe me. And she rolled her eyes and laughed,"Nevermind, go to sleep." She said, smiling gingerly to him. A friend..... She felt like he was way more than that to her...... What he was.... Whatever it was..... She knew she risk her life to save him..... And it made her smile.

Ryu watched as Teirra grabbed his hand but he didn't protest, it relaxed him in a way but he listened as she spoke. He didn't understand at first but he couldn't help but chuckle softly when she told him to go to sleep. "In a little while I will, but tell your family I said thank you." He said lightly and regained control over his hand to rest it on Teirra's cheek, she felt warm and this brought on another small smile to the corners of his lips. His thumb stroked over her skin for a few seconds before allowing his hand to fall back to his side.
Due to blood loss his skin had lost a bit of it's color and his injury didn't bother him as much to speak but he was warned not talk all that much. Once Ryu figured he was able to walk again he was sure to leave, with or without the nurse's permission. The chances of him doing something stupid now was very slim, maybe later or possibly tomorrow he would pick up and leave.

"Well, FIRST OF ALL," TOUSHIROU BEGAN DRYLY, "THERE'S THE DAMAGE YOU CAUSED TO THE CLEANER. SECOND, THE BUILDINGS that were destroyed in Karakura town and the surrounding area." Rin was surprised he hadn't completely blown up—this was worse. His tone was bitter, and something about it put her on the verge of tears. She sobered immediately. "I—" she began, her voice cracking very slightly. She cleared her throat and managed to keep her tone flat. "Captain, I have a few things... they're worth a lot of money now. I was going to keep them, just for display purposes, but I could let go of some of them, I guess." She was referring to a large painting she had found in her basement when she moved into the house, and she had kept it there to avoid damage from sunlight. It was a pretty piece of work, but it wasn't the picture itself that was valuable, but the signature on it. She couldn't quite read it, but she knew she had seen it several times before in museums and art galleries. She supposed it was worth a few hundred thousand yen (think of a yen as equal to a penny in American money.)

A nurse suddenly was right beside roshiro,"Captian Hytszugya? Your fourh seat Teirra Hyzuma is in the hospital along with Ryu Firenze. She wishes to speak with you, she said a certain accident happened." And she stared at Toshiro drily thinking of the girls scared face.

Teirra blinked and smiled a bit, suddenly she felt tears well on her cheeks and she smiled feeling his hand against her cheek and it felt warm and she moved towards it by tilting her head thinking of how nice it felt. Then she stared at him as his hand dropped down and she smiled sweetly,"I promise to tell them...." She then closed her eyes and stayed smiling and sitting beside him and she opened them again and looked into his grey eyes and wondered, Am ithe first person he's opened up to? And she sighed a bit,"Im just really happy youre okay Ryu...." And she felt tears running down her cheeks and smiled,"Im really happy."

Sapphire suddently notice that meant her as well. She also noticed poor Rin's responce. " I'll take total responsibility over the destruction. I, after all, was the one that destroyed the cleaner, more than half of those buildings.... And I think I squashed a chihuahua in the process..." She said. Sapphire. She couldnt bare seeing a friend in such a tight space, especially since most of it had been so far. " I've got a ton of valuable stuff I don't need anyway. " She said, waving her hand dismissivly, with a happy-go-lucky smile. Probably the first one ever. " Don't worry, I promise to take care of the cost, Captain Hitsugaya. " She said with a joyful smile, which looked rather cute on her. At least it was cuter than her glare, which would make a lion run for its life. You could also notice a quite large thing that made Sapphy, well, Sapphy, was missing. Her Headphones! She had left them back in the Real World. Probably purposely. However, she had a hole lot of those, some even custom, they were worth quite a lot. And her Shinigami sallery could contribute to the Cleaner.... Oh, and she had a vase thats a couple thousand years old which is probably worth a whollllleeee lot. " So dont worry 'bout it Rin, Captain, I've got the cost pretty much covered. " She said happily, her eyes a bright mix between turqoise and lime green.-

Rin BIT HER LIP, UNAWARE OF WHAT TO SAY OR DO, AND STOOD THERE FOR A SHORT MOMENT. BEFORE BEAMING AND LEAPING over to hug Sapphire tightly*. "Sapphy-chaaan!" She had originally been planning to sell that when she got bored of being a shinigami and decided to retire. Her captain blinked. "Well. I suppose that takes care of that." He said slowly. He tore up the document with precision and dropped it into the waste basket. Rin was surprised when the nurse appeared, and released Sapphire from her grip. "Ryu-kun? Teirra-san?" She murmured. Rin immediately decided that she would come too.

The CAPTAIN'S CHEEKS TURNED A SHADE OF PURPLE WHEN HE SAW SAPPHIRE SMILE. YES, THEY TURNED PURPLE. THE ONLY TIME he ever turned red was when he was angry with Rin. He blushed purple. The color in his face returned to normal as his lietutenant embraced Sapphire. "Well," he said slowly, blinking. "I suppose... that takes care of that." What had happened when they were gone? First Rin had called her "Kiorori-kun". Now it was "Sapphy-chan"? If he was surprised when one of Squad Four's nurses materialized beside him, he didn't show it. He nodded as she explained the situation and sighed. "And the Second Division's Captain has been notified as well, I assume?"

Sapphire gave a little smile when Rin hugged her, which was quite uncomfortable, since she was way smaller than Rin. However, barley any attention of Sapphy's was devoted to Rin at the moment. She was to busy seeing Toshirou blush for the first time. The way he blushed made Sapphy want to smile even more. Instead of odd, she thought it was quite cute. To be true, she was expecting a blue blush or something... Yeah, Sapphy was quite odd. She didnt even notice herself blushing too, a quite bright red. However, when she noticed the nurse, she flinched, her eyes becoming serious again. She hated when a member of her Squad got hurt. " How did they get injured? " Sapphire asked the nurse curiously.-
