Eye colour
Allucard walks with the self-assurance and pride of someone who knows who he is and isn't ashamed of it. You'd be hard pressed to see him walking around with a slouch to his shoulders, it just isn't his style. Perfectly poised and immaculately dressed, thats Allucard for you. He exercises as much as possible, his stamina and speed aren't all that bad since he gets so much training from racing away from angry creatures.

Personality:
Allucard is a study into the schematics of the typical "save the world" complex some people possess, the main difference being that he has broadened that to include the entire universe and all known worlds as well. Whats interesting about Allucard is that after about 200 years of trying to be everywhere at once to help people he realized that they didn't want the help, or more importantly, HIM to be meddling in. Some may have continued regardless out of some sort of misplaced duty but the Captain just gave in. He decided that if they didn't want him "meddling" he wouldn't meddle. How does this pertain to his personality? Well, to be bland he has become something of an "interstellar bum". He drifts from time and place to time and place looking for a purpose or reason for existing. Frankly he has lost himself in his uncertainty and is emotionally fragile as such.
Still, if you were to wipe away the existing morose layer that covers him you would find him to be an ambitious and adventurous soul who well deserves his title as 'Captain'. He is heavily sarcastic and prefers cryptic responses to straight out answers. This has caused him to become a rather avoided conversation partner though he does have his moments when he'll speak frankly with you. All round he's an evasive person who refuses to speak about his past.
History:
Allucard, obviously, grew up completely on his own. He wanted to be a good time lord and help other species in need but after having them repeatedly chase him and be completely ungrateful he has descended into a sort of suspension where he doesn't know what he is, or who he should be anymore. Now he floats from time to time aimlessly wandering the world.

In depth description of your TARDIS:
His TARDIS
Yes, first appearances CAN be deceiving, but never more so then how deceiving the Captain's TARDIS is. Few people expect an old shack, albeit a NICE one, to be bigger on the inside and be full of interstellar technology. To be honest it was a last ditch decision for Allucard to make, picking an antiquated shack, and at one point he planned on trading it for something different but by now he's grown attached to it.
On the outside the TARDIS presents itself as a rather "pretty", if a tiny outdated structure can ever be classed as such, shack. Painted red with the image of a crescent-moon on its door it poses as an almost ironic icon to those who know what it actually is. On the inside it's your typical TARDIS with all the inner-workings that make it capable of space and time travel. Be warned, if you dare to ridicule it be prepared for The Captain's wrath, he has grown immensely fond of it over the years.
Sonic Tool Description:
Spyglass
Allucard's sonic tool is a spyglass that he keeps with him at all times. Its an old-fashioned, antique looking, thing that can function as both a mundane spyglass and a Sonic tool.
