Hakumei handed the boy a fish, she soon had the other cut in half , and then in fourths , she handed him a plate full of the fish " Go ahead " she said taking her own plate and sitting down in the chairs around the table " What soda do you want?" she asked smiling

Riozaki nodded. "Thanks Yume," he said as he took the plate from her. Her sat down at one of the chairs at the table. "Hmmm," he thought about it. "Ah, Orange Soda please," he said finally. Riozaki certainly loved his oranges. Anything orange flavored: Riozaki would take it. Personally, he loved real oranges better than orange flavored things. It was definately his favorite food.

Yume came over cup in hand " Here " she said sitting down , she soon had bitten into the fish happily " Its so good~~~" she said happily " So where* Nom* are you from?"she asked looking at the night sky" Yousure were wandering outside late " she commented with a laugh

Taylor blinked, then smiled a bit and patted him on the back. "Dont worry kid, they can get bothersome round here, but I gotta say," Her eyes started to sparkle gently as she seemed so memezmirized by the very landscape of her home,"They definitly grow on you." She murmured softly as she glanced at the one cobblestone street that led down the center of the small comfortable town. "Nothing makes me happier, than to be here." Ans she shoved her hands into her pocjets, a fond grin tugged her lips. She looked at Kaoru then asked,"Fo ya miss yourtown? And why'd ja' move out here?" And she jerked her head to the town as a indication.

"Ah thank you," Riozaki said as she handed him the cup of orange soda. He sipped it happily, then took a bite of the fish. "Mhhmm, it's really good," he murmered. "Ah? I'm from a town not to far from here. I dunno, I've been walking around a lot lately, mostly looking for somewhere to live you know? I figured it was just time to get out of the house," he said.

"Yeah, they really do grow on you don't they?" Kaoru thought aloud. He remembered all of his neighbors, how he actually felt normal, like home, walking into one of their houses. Sometimes, they'd even joke around about being an unrelated family. He ran a hand through his orange colored hair as he listened to what Taylor had to say. He nodded. "Yeah, I miss it alrite. I already left once before, that was really hard. I was so happy to move back, and it just felt like home again. Just to leave 'my family' again," he shrugged, leaving the sentence unfinished. "Honestly I don't know why we move alot. My mom never tells me, she just says we're moving and that's it. No explaination." He paused. "If I ask, she just says it's work er some lame excuse."

Kaai poked her head out , there was someone new in the town and as the curious fox she was she peeked at him and smiled " Hi Im Kaai" she said offering out a hand , though small she was the other owner of the western part of the Island " Taylor you arn't causing trouble right? You woulden't want One of the older Izu down here , espically Hakumei"


Yume laughed " yeah? thats neat I remember when I moved out , Miku took me in and it was neat , she never asked me to pay for a room " she said smiling " she probally wont charge you either , she owns the big part of the island" she filled him in

Taylor looked at him, then to the sky,"Maybe she has her own wants, like you will, maybe this will become your home." She was talking out loud, reciting what she thought unknowingly,"Maybe someday, you leave this place too and be sad, but maybe, one day when we're older, we can find that place where we really belong... Truthfully, I think that would be your moms explaination, she just hasn't found the right place. And she has to drag you along for the ride because she cares bout cha." She then looked at him and smiled,"You know what City?" She looked at the city,"I hope we become real good friends, ans if you do leave one day, you had just better come back an' visit. Alright?" And she looked back st him and met his eyes and felt the breath catch in her throat as she lost herself in his eyes again. Then suddenly Kaai was there. Taylor smiled, unsurpised,"No Ma'm I ain't causin' no trouble, just showin the new kid around, from the big city actually." And she smiled at the woman.

Kaai being a little girl raised her eyebrows " Don't make me get Haku" she said looking at the new man , the little kitsu was overly short " Really Taylor , I'm serious today!" she said as she stared blankly at a chicken that walked past her " Sir, Have you met the other Izu? I mean you kinda have to , they run the island " she said pointing to Makato who was a few feet off , the black fox turned his head and raised an eyebrow at the chattering Kaai

Riozaki smiled. "That's really nice of her. Miku sounds like a great person," he said. "Would I be able to meet her?" he asked with his head cocked off to the side, his ear laying low like a puppy dog face style. Miku did sound very interesting. He was a very curious person too. Also, he wanted to thank Miku for everything.

Kaoru listened to Taylor. That was it. Every since the divorce, his mom had always been uneasy. That's all she wanted. Change. They've always moved to cities, just as Kaoru's father would've wanted them to if he was still apart of the family. So, his mom di the opposite...she came to the town to get away from the same old thing. He looked at Taylor and nodded. "Your right...I get it now. It should've been obvious to me." He shook his head slowly, sort of dissapointed how he didn't figure that out on his own. "You know, I hope we do too. And if I ever do move away, I'll keep that promise to you, 'kay? And If I don't, next time you see me, you punch me er something as a punishment," he said with a chuckle. A new, younger voice pierced the air. Kaoru blinked and looked down to see the face of a young child. He smiled at her. "Hello Kaai," he said, taking her hand. "I'm Kaoru," he said.

Kaai smiled " It's nice to meet you" she smiled still staring at the chicken wich had plopped itself in fromt of her , she released his hand to pick up the chicken, at this time Kaai was in a dress , Rare for her butshe was on this particiular day " Is this your chicken taylor?" she asked holding the chicken to her chest , Makato made his way over " Kaai whats wrong? "the black fox looked at the night sky " Why areyou out so late?" he asked
