I see a girl walk out of the movies and I look away quickly, starting to walk again. A little ways infrint of me I see a girl reading and I curse in french under my breath, which way to go?

Evelyn, still engulfed in her book, did not notice the vampire standing so very close to her. She was intent on finishing the chapter she was currently reading. Finally, she did, and looking up she noticed the vampire. He seemed to be looking at her. She honestly had no great fear of vampires, they were only humans with supernatural powers and the ability to live forever. If you thought about it, they were similar to humans in uncountable ways. Evelyn couldn't help but wonder why this vampire had chosen to stare at her, "Can I help you?" she asked, her voice strong and clear as opposed to what she was feeling inside.
