(it could be a new way to catch pokemon, like the Snatch Machine was from Colloseum and XD games, where you could catch shadow pokemon from trainers. or it could be shadow pokemon rise and the return of team Cypher, which is the team in that series, or Knox lab could harbor the instructions of DNA duplication of how Zero was made, since i think Mewtwo was made after Zero, as a test of the DNA process. OR something involving royalty, which comes from the Black and white Versions; ETC.)
