I hated to break apart our embrace, but I pulled away sadly and asked, "Would you like something to eat, Star? It's pretty late, you know; because of our strange days and nights, night-time or day-time may last up to a couple of days to an hour!"

I get up and quickly change, walking to the small kitchen the rustic cabin had to offer. I took various ingredients from the fridge and boiled water on the stove, chopping up vegetables and cutting meat into cubes before tossing them into the water with a packet of broth mix.

Star: she smiled and put on her boots and got a couple peices of woods and walked back in the set them on the fire that she had gotten started. She walked over to him and smiled. "smells good"
