age; 12, she started her journey late because her parents wouldn't let her leave any earlier
personality: She really cares about her pokemon and can't stand to see them hurt. She won't back down from a battle and if she's your friend then you know you have someone who will always be by your side. She is often described as having a "fiery" personality, and she loves fire pokemon, that's why most of her pokemon are fire type.
pokemon: Ninetails, Arcanine, Quilava, Swellow, and Lapras.
history: Her mom was a pokemon breeder of certain fire-types, including Ninetails, Arcanine and Flareon. When Rune was very little there was a vulpix that followed her all over the farm where ever Rune went, Rune and the little vulpix soon became inseparable. When Rune turned 10, Rune's present was a fire stone, which she used on vulpix. But her parents said that she couldn't leave yet on her journey because she was so much smaller than all the other kids her age starting their journeys. Finally when Rune turned 12 her parents couldn't keep her contained any longer, and let her go with Ninetails to start her journey, they also gave her an Arcanine that kept trying to escape, they figured that he wanted to explore also. So Rune's journey started. Quilava was given to her by the professor and swellow, lapras she caught herself.

partner pokemon: Ninetails, who is very protective of Rune and is never out of sight of Rune. He loves pecha berries and would to practically anything for one, except leave Rune behind.
looks: Rune has long brown hair with natural highlights of gold and lighter brown. Rune's eyes are a startling bright blue that clearly displays her feeling at the moment. She wears long jeans that go to her ankles and grey-and-pale pink sneakers. Her top is a simple short sleeved peach colored shirt with a small picture of a ninetails in the lower right corner.
