Voltage was unprepared for when she kissed him. It felt...good. He wrapped his arms around her upper back and kissed her back, knowing she'd felt a similar way towards him. He reluctantly pulled away before simply stating through closed eyes, "Gina? I, I love you." He leaned his head forwards and restarted their kiss.
