History: The first thing you should know about Jay is he's currently going through medical school to become a surgeon. His mother and father were no one special - his mom was a stay-at-home mother and his dad is a handy man. Not the brightest of people, but some of the most honest, good people you can meet. It was clear early on that he was smart - very smart. When he was young and his little sister or a friend - or even his mom or dad - would cut themselves or hurt themselves, he would instantly be at their side, examining their injury and poking and prodding, asking questions and sticking on a band-aid. Now he's well on his way to becoming one of the finest doctors in the country and finishing med. school earlier than usual.
Personality: The saying "doctors make the worst patients" definitely applies to Jayson. He is stubborn and always has to try and help others first, no matter how badly he may be injured. And as stated in his history, he is smart. He is a natural leader, and if everyone turns to him he will step up, but he doesn't necissarily enjoy being a leader and having to make all the decisions, because everyone's happy until they make a decision they don't like, then its all "Since when did you start deciding everything for us?" And he hates to have people turn on him. He will do just about anything to help his friends or family if they ask, and sometimes that clouds his judement. Other than that he's a sweet, caring guy who loves to help others.
Strengths:

- Excellent leader (although that doesn't mean he likes to be the leader of a group)
- Knows how to control himself and be calm in chaos for the sake of others
- Enduring
Weaknesses:
- Can be extremely stubborn
- Will do almost anything for his friends or family
- Won't admit he needs help for himself (like if he's injured or in pain)
- Can, at times, have a short temper
