Avalon snorted, but he was already on his feet and running. Except he seemed to crouch when he was running, as if he was going to start running on all fours. He sped through the park with elf speed, and suddenly, he saw them. He skidded to a stop, lept into a tree, and he jumped from branch to branch, so silent, NO ONE would of heard him. He saw the ice spirit and his amber eyes narrowed. He bared his canine like teeth and stood still on a branch that leaned out far enough that he was hidden, but could see them clearly. Carefully, he took his time and he took a deep breath. His hands started to tremble, but he forced the beast down, locking him up in chains. He gazed up at the sky, but it was still morning. Guess that meant it would be a full moon tonight. He thought warily.
I'm above you. Don't look up and search for me. The element of surprise is my specialty. After that, we're doomed. Naw just kidding.
He said, pretending to speak in a dead pan voice when he talked about how they were doomed. Then he chuckled and went back to his normal voice. It was strange talking with his thoughts again.

Avalbane snarled and she rubbed her shoulder one last time before getting on all fours and starting to run. She was swift as her muscles bunched under her. She could run standing on two legs, but she preferred on all four. For some odd reason, it was more comfortable to her and it made her feel like she was flying as she ran.
