Jewel stood and hobbled over to the stairs, "Hey Jayson, everybody better hit the sack for the night." she said and leaned against the post. She looked up at Taro.

Taro just gave a slight nod. "Thanks for clearing that up for me," he said as he slowly headed down the stairs. "Hey, Jewel? Can I ,er, talk to you for a second?" He just had to know if she was still interested in him. Even if it was only slightly. That meant he still had a chance, right? "In private, preferably. It won't be long."

Jewel nodded and picked up Kaylen and put her on Jay's back. She smiled and walked up the steps, "Yeah?"

River smiled and jumped up at Jewel. He was hungry for some food. He looked at her. "Foo?" He said, forgetting the 'd'. Then, he saw Jayson had food and flew up to his dad,wanting an apple sauce. He flew over and grabbed one.

Jayson smiled at his son. "Yeah, your right Jewel. Everyone should go to bed. Tomorrow we go shopping," He said with a chuckle. He laughed at his son and held the other one out to Kaylan. "You want to go home Kim?" He asked.

Taro slowly trailed up after her, trying to keep that distance. He was about three feet away. His headache was very minimal then. "Jay told me that the demons turn into our greatest desires or nightmares," he began as he avoided her gaze. Even his face began to appear a bit red already. "I'm sorry for this distance between us. I get these bad headaches. To cure them, I have to achieve this desire. Which, is for you to love me in return." He began to grow nervous and rubbed the back of his neck. "But, I don't want you to say you love me if you don't really mean it. I see how you look at Denver. I'm envious of him, but I won't stand in the way if you love him more than myself."

Kaylan watch Jewel walk away but clung on to Jayson's back, giggling. She fluttered off of his back, taking the applesauce.

''Yeah'' Kim said, standing up and watching the two kids.

Jewel took a minute to let it sink in, she leaned against a wall and slumped down. She simply stared at a wall, her heart raced as she started to panic. She didn't know what to do anymore.

Denver looked at Jayson. "I could take her," He says. "I can't fly the helicopter, but I can fly really slow," He smiled at Jay.

Jayson nods. "Alright, but hurry. We have a big day tomorrow," He said. Jayson looks at Kaylan and smiles. Then, he puts River down too. "Say bye to Denver and Kim," He says, not even calling Kim their mom anymore.

"Bye Denver!" River says. He jumps up and down as he waves goodbye.

Jewel sighed, "Jay...I'm going to bed." she sighed and laid in bed, not even bothering with her pjs. She fell asleep quickly and plunged into a nightmare.

''Buh bye'' Kaylan said, waving,though not really excited.

Kim waved kinda half heartedly ''See ya Jay'' she said, walking outside.
